My first time at the Starbucks location. The batista were nice and seemed to be working hard to get the orders out. However my experience left something to be wanted. I order two black teas during a slow time while there was only one other person waiting for a drink. A large group came in after us, and instead of making the drinks based on when they came in, they made the more complicated drinks and out of order. One of my drinks sat waiting to be called out while the other only had to be poured into the cup. Drinks tasted good, but I feel that 18mins is quite a bit a wait. Maybe it was an off day for them ?
This is my Starbucks of choice. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Never had a bad experience.
Good coffee and nice area
Yesterday was my birthday, went to redeem my birthday drink.I order a trenta Frap, but the bartender gave me a venti size which was smaller then trenta, I didn't know, until I finished it then found the label on the cup was venti instead of trenta, I asked the cashier, he said the size trenta is for coffee and tea, not for frapochino. How come he didn't tell me in advance? Its make me an unhappy birthday experience.

THERE IS NO CURB-SIDE PICKUP. Know This.As mentioned in other comments, they are very short staffed. If you order curbside, you'll have to go in yourself to pick up your order from the counter. We got an iced green kiwi refresher and an iced caramel macchiato, both were made very well. Food orders were correct.They should STOP offering curbside pick up, and take away the reserved curbside signs, since obviously they don't have the staff to offer this service. It is unfortunate, because during this pandemic, curbside pick up is really important.The parking lot is very cramped and crowded. Very difficult to pull in and out of the curbside reserved parking spots. Parking spots are far too narrow.
Wait times are unusually high compared to other locations and robotic greetings and general attitude is of a busy fast food establishment. This location has a high rate of turn over of personnel and could be one of the reasons for their demeanor. If the staff is not comfortable or familiar with fellow employees, it will reflect in their customer service and work performance.
The Barista's here are always friendly and make my white chocolate mochas perfectly
Rude and inconsiderate guarantee you can’t get one word out without being insulted other then when you are ordering but if you don’t mind being disrespected then this Starbucks can provide great service unless the attitude sticks with the work ethics and they spit in our food as they do with their words to our faces
