Update: decided to give it another shot on Sunday morning and they almost gave me the wrong order, charged me for the wrong drinks and then had me waiting for a while all while not apologizing for the delay. There were at least 5 people inside and it was pretty slow so I don’t know what’s going on. Now I remember why I don’t come to this Starbucks.4/29/21 Thursday at 7:30pm and no nondairy substitutes. How?! This is ridiculous.
Steven is such a nice person. I had a rough morning and ordered from the wrong location ? and I was upset and then my sister called me and asked what I ordered because Steven offered to make my drink so thank you so much I appreciate it . He a real one for real ?.Not to mention my guy David is has excellent customer service and made me laugh such a chill guy and help me with my issue. This starbucks has the nicest employees and definitely every vist is another smile and a good experience.
Terrible service all around, waited for a long time before I was even greeted , with negative/bad attitude.
Don't order a dragon drink at this location I'll wait 15min to get it after they make everyone else's behind you in line. drinks first.
The person who took our order was super friendly and they sounded like they understood what we were ordering but when we got to the window the order was completely wrong and they were very persistent on trying to rectify when we were now okay with what we had. And we could see the attitude that they developed and it was very uncomfortable.

I am really disappointed from Starbucks. I got a drink and I said no ice, look at the picture I received a half cup of my drink, just because I said no ice. I paid almost $6 dollars to get a half a cup. I have being a customer for so many years and this is not worth my money.
They have a decent taste of espresso and excellent help all through. The climate is so comfortable. The staff was consistently receptive and mindful. This is an ideal scene for a party. Strongly suggested!
They were very rude and made fun of my autistic son. He is now very depressed and having horribly anxiety attacks due to them bullying him.
