early morning was super busypeople were waiting and it seems they set up another small table for pick up orders they may need to set this up earlier than expected .
Be mindful that Alhambra High School let’s the students out at 3:30 & Starbuck’s line could get pretty long!
The team here is great and work hard to serve customers. However, it is across the street from the high school so if you come between 7:30 and 8am on a weekday you can expect to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. Otherwise I appreciate the people who work here and caffeinate me regularly.
Solid location...been coming here since they opened eons ago. You'd figure they'd fix the arrangement of the doors. Lol you'd think you'd have to push to go in, but no you have to pull out instead.

I'm a starbucks stars member..today, I'm here to buy my coffee. While waiting for the order, Cahier had a long conversation with the guest in front of me. It was very hot and very tired, and I wanted to get my drink asap. After order, I got drink which I didn't order it. I politely say "Sorry I said light ice" and they laugh at me..Alright after ten minutes wait,and then they give me a drink full of wipes. I'm not satisfied. Tell him it's not what I want, and then he tells me he wants to call cops ? Excuse me?？ Did I hear you wrong？I'm a customer I paid for my drink wait over 15 mins you give the wrong one and said you want to call cops?? I felt so bad!! And I want to let everyone knows .. It's not my first time in this store. I think one Indian employees he knows me. But instead of being friendly, he laughed and snubbed me. Really disappointed!!
Placed my online order at 8:30am. Got both breakfast sandwiches 10 mins apart, mind you I ordered the same two sandwiches. The venti drink was given 8 mins later. I asked and they said they didn't see it had to show my phone receipt. One barista asked if it was cold when my order stated hot. There were about seven baristas and yet they kept mentioning they were behind on the orders. Another gentleman kept asking for his second drink and they kept making him wait and continued to give everyone else their order. Got home sandwiches were cold and my drink had foam when I specifically ordered NO foam. Not the first time this happens so I had to write a sincere review. Guys get it together, I'd understand if understaffed but there was too many of you and still couldn't handle the crowd.
