I came to this location and i was amaze with the great customer service and the bomb food they provide you everyone here is super duper friendly i love it here their game area is great kids enjoy it and also the display they have for the prices looks organize we will come back we enjoy coming here
OMG the night shift ???? the night shift team is amazing!!!!!!! I didn’t make no reservations and it was definitely last minute dinner after my son’s High School graduation. I was a party of 15 and no tables were available only booths. Kimberly (manager) was awesome enough to approach me and give me a heads up that a party was ending and a long table will be available in a few minutes. The team cleaned up and we were in ?The team was so helpful and they were on top of everything before I asked for items. The cashier helped me decide on the appropriate party package to accommodate my party and it was exactly what we needed. The food was enough for my party plus we were all able to take some home. Thanks Kimberly for your professional customer service skills and having an awesome team behind you.
Standard Shakey's fare: the pizza was ok, but the mojos were crispy and the chicken was delicious. Justified the meal with a couple of trips to the salad bar. Only downside is the price. Equally good/better pizza can be had pretty much anywhere, but its the experience you're paying for. A few game make sure the kiddies have something to do once they're done eating. Best to stick with the lunch specials to make it worth the trip.
Great place to hangout we are able to enjoy the dodger game with a cold beer ? and great food. This location is always clean and everyone is super friendly ? love it here
For me the most important is how every business take care of the costumers why because we're speding our money with them, and when the business is a restaurant even more, this location has good costumers service and the food excellent.
The managers Brenda and Henry are very helpful. We went to another Shakey's where my daughter put in to much money to play in the arcade and when we arrive yesterday night ? i asked the manager which was Brenda and asked if we were able to get something since we weren't able to use our tokens both Henry and Brenda immediately said most definitely so my daughter was able to play they were able to put the tokens on the card since they have a new system that they use cards so they went out their way to help us out. We sure enjoy our dinner and my daughter was able to play ??️? thank you they made my daughter's and us the ? night
Amazing service and delicious food. Shakeys is always the option when celebrating any special date. The staff here is very friendly and anything you need they will go out their way to make it happen...
People are friendly. Prices are okay. Had not been to Shakey's in long time it was nice to go and see if I still liked the food. Pizza was good, I really like the chicken and the potatoes and the salad bar is just okay. It was clean and it was every person's choices to wear a mask or not. The works wore a mask and they came to clean the table to get it ready for other people to set down.
There was far too much starch or yeast rather.. in the dough . It Made the pizza taste and smell aweful! The salad was ok just needed more topping options. The chicken was ok as well just not seasoned well. The mojo potatoes were standard. And the cup for the drinks were pretty cloudy with residue.
Fresh and tasty pizza and mojo's and everything clean. Would have it more roomy but other than that it's a great place to throw a kids party.
