Went for Saturday night dinner with friends. Our party included three toddlers. We ordered salad, flatbed Pizza, a smoothie, a sandwich, and a bagel.All were well prepared and the portions were generous. Nice place to eat specially if your bread lover.
I arrived at 8:50pm I drove through the line when I got to the intercom they told me they were closed due to lack of help??? I told them I would be a good idea to put out some orange cones, that way we as guest don't waste our time.\\nI don't really believe that story about not having enough people I think they just wanted to go home.
Food was very fresh and the store is nice and quiet
I've been going to this Panera bread for several years now and I've never had a bad experience but the last two visits to this Panera were exceptionally outstanding. It's very nice to go through a drive-thru and find people on the other end of the speaker who actually want to be there and want to work and like what they are doing. The three people that I interacted with, I wish I could remember their names because I would definitely call them out here and tell them that they are doing a great job. Keep it up!
OMG… terrible. Let’s start. The menu in the drive thru is way too small and I can see just fine. The layout of menu is confusing. I ordered and ended up not knowing what I was going to get. Then they give me the food in a large shopping bag. It was hilarious. I just wanted a simple chicken sandwich. Lol
Jasmin is the best she took my order . Other guy rush off didn't want to take order kind of rude. Hopefully I get her again. She deserves a raise. She was very nice and said sorry for the wait I understood. She was busy doing the teas. Didn't understand why the guy was rude.
Today me and my roommate walked in to order. Carlos didn’t want to help us he told Jasmin to help us and said I have to go do drive thorough you help them Jasmin was busy she acknowledged us and talkabout great customer service THANK YOU JASMIN YOUR THE BEST WE WILL BE COMING BACK FOR YOUR FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

It was cold old and nasty like it was pre made if I had known that's what you get for going through a drive thru for a pizza I would've walked in rain and all for the price I paid for that food. I really expected better then that this day and age. I won't be going back there. Unless it's Walk in?
Came in and the drive through girl had attitude and then I ask for a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and I get this?! Was home when I noticed so wasn’t able to get it fixed. Get a better drive theu worker because that red head isn’t doing her job.
