This location is the worst. It is dirty the food. I ordered a plate with chicken it was literally rubbery because it was so undercooked I didn't Discover it till I got home. Today I went in there I asked for spam well-cooked and it was gooey and looked like it hadn't really even been thrown on the grill. I expressed my bad experiences to the manager, but just like their location I'm sure they can care less. Don't go to this restaurant on Commonwealth I wouldn't recommend it at all ...try another location but not this one. The store number is 2. Stay clear you might end up getting sick don't take the chance.
Ordered Togo for the second time and no sauce in our plates not even on the side! What's a terriaki bowl without sauce?? Not only that the chicken is frozen in my chicken katsu plate.
Got lunch from here, first time trying them, awesome experience! Got the 2 item combo plate with the kalua pork and the fish, rice and salad. Very good flavor, several sauces to choose from, and customer service was on point! I’ll be back for sure!
Everytime I come here it gets worse. 1. They got my order wrong even though it was correct on the receipt 2. The chicken katsu was undercooked that you can literally see the blood 3.they got stingy with their spam, it was as thin as a paper. Worst of all they have no type of customerThey used to be so great when they first opened, idk what happened ?
Online order says ready in 20 minutes, they make you wait an extra 30 minutes inside. (Edit: after all the extra waiting they ended up getting a part of my order wrong, so frustrating!)
The food here is consistently great! My go to meals are the chicken combo and the Barbecue mix. Been going to this spot ever since they open few years ago and never disappointed.
Overall the cashier was rude didn't look or try to be friendly and looked disgusted when we came in through the front door and her name was Sandra I assume because it said so on the receipt but she had two perciengs newr her eye nonetheless she came off as rude and I only gave a good review of three because the food I got on time and was delicious, ill only come back if there's someone else on cashier
They gave me the wrong order and too top it off homegirl acted like she was a two year old the way She handed me a fork they need better training and skills
place was clean. people are friendly. food was good. will go back soon.
