Today is the last day I will ever go to this location. The girl at the drive thru asked me if I will use the mobile app and I said yes. She ask me for the code and gave her my $1 French Fries deal code. She said it doesn't work can you refresh the code. This happened to me last time and I the app doesn't want to give me a new code once the code has been pulled up. I asked the girl if I can go to the window to show her the code. She said "No, just refresh the code". I just told her to cancel my order and left. This place needs either better staff or better training. 7/12/2022 ~12:30pm.
Went there and ordered 2 mc doubles... extra mustard....I open my burger to see if they put extra mustard and found a hair on my burger...no extra mustard ...went back disgustedly...to find out NO Hairnets , none of the employees nor the manager with blonde hair had a hairnet... They need to change management and really check their food ....so if you would like hair in your burger this is the place to go.... if not go to another McDonald's until they get their things in order...?????????????
Normally I like this spot, however, I was in the drive thru and the girl told me to pull up to the front window. Then forgot about me for 15 mins. I had to go inside to get my order. I was almost late for work. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of life but I won't be coming back here. They did not look understaffed, they had a lot of people behind the counter. I appreciate everything they do still.
It seems like every time I order door dash this McDonald's always messes up. Ordered today through doordash 3 meals only got one and everyone's drink came but not the food. Who ever is in charge for quality assurance is doing a bad job.

This mcdonalds has some very rude employees btw not a man Karen but every time I go there which is really rare now there is no shakes all time the employess always say our ice cream machine is broken and they get the order wrong at one point I don't suggest coming here I mean mcdonalds food is always good but the people here not good
My favorite McDonalds is Walmart right in New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill

The girl taking the order was rude. They put everything in one bag so it couldn’t close and the fries got cold. The service at this McDonald’s has been poor for a long time. It’s too bad for the occasional good employees that try to make up for the ones that lack in any type of professionalism.
Rat droppings were a nice touch to my Big Mac. Recommend for those who enjoy a warm, comfy, hospital bed. Btw…who nutted in my fries. Not complaining, just curious. Also, why was it chunky? I just wanted ranch man.
