I always order the spicy chicken joy with mashed potatoes and mango pies for me and the family. I love that they serve dark meat pieces only, (leg and thighs). The pieces are big, juicy and crunchy.

Chicken smells and taste like oil, chicken flour still raw u can taste the season flour . Bought the promo $10 for 10pcs.

I ordered Jolly Spaghetti with 2 pcs Spicy chicken. They said i need to wait for at least 14 minutes. I waited and then they served me my order without napkins and properCutlery. Spaghetti was good but the wait was disappointing. I think this BRANCH NEED RE TRAINING FOR fast food manuals!!!!???

Great food! I placed an online order and picked up in about 15 mins during rush hour. Pretty fast service even there are a lot of people ordering. Love Jollibee fried chicken!

All the food I had was delicious. Ordered the 2pc chicken joy and spaghetti combo. The skin/breading on the chicken was crisp and the meat was juicy and flavorful. The spaghetti was good as well. The banana langka pie was a surprise for me as I tend to not eat a lot of banana things but the banana was mild in comparison to most banana flavored things.

Date: Saturday, 7:49 P.M.Knocked off 1 star (⭐): the drive-thru experience. About 24 minutes from start to finish waiting. Wasn't particularly crowded (see pictures)I understand it's a new location, so staff may not be synchronized yet. I will be coming back so I may adjust my review accordingly ?2nd star I knocked off (⭐): The prices are a bit steep for comparable meals at similar fast food chains. That said, the Pineapple quencher, and both pies are incredible! I do think they're all about 50¢ overpriced, but a good treat once in a while

WARNING: DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THIS LOCATION unless you want to wait forever.I placed an order online to skip the line but they wanted me to pick up my order at the drive thru window. This is ridiculous and very inefficient! I placed an order online but still had to wait for everyone else to place their order/get their order before I was able to pick up my order. This place should have a separate pick up line for online orders. They also don't pick up the phone at this location. I wanted to cancel my order because the line was so long. I had no way to cancel it so I had to wait for over 45 minutes.

Mixed batch of Employees either wanting to Happily take your order & Others who just seem to not want to be there.Manager is a Sweetheart and works hard to please. Very Professional, Sincere and Helpful. She's definitely an Asset to their Brand.I went with their Spaghetti and 2 Piece Spicy Chicken Meal with Root Beer. I got a very scrumptious Peach Mango Pie, which is similar to McDonald's famous Apple Pie, except this one is made with sweet Peaches & Mango instead of Apple. Man, It was Super Delicious!!!I wish they had some Milk Fish at this location but, it's only at a few Locations, unfortunately.Place is pretty clean, dining room is somewhat small. Barely like 8 or so tables. Seems a bit crowded at times. They have a few tables outside of the entrance.Self serving Soda Machine.Restrooms are very clean and Modern.Kinda funny, I'm not sure if it's Rich Pinoys or China People but, it made me laugh seeing McLarens and Ferraris coming through the Drive-Thru of Jollibee I Alhambra here, lol.

The chicken joy and adobe rice was good but the drive thru experience feels like you're in the Philippines waiting for traffic to move to get across the street.Took 30 mins to get to the ordering post. After 15 min, was "boxed in" so couldn't leave. Saw some people going inside. Not sure if that was faster. The lady that gave us our order was really nice. The girl that took our order was not very nice.

I heard a lot of hype about this place, so I came with a high expectations. There are even food YouTubers who will give their praises about the food here, but I just don't get it. As per the image, I got the spaghetti and the two pieces of chicken (one regular, one spicy). Now the chicken itself was fine, I LOVED the spicy one. The gravy made the experience even more appetizing. What went wrong was the spaghetti. It was awful, atrocious, plain disgusting. It seems like the food was made for children. My sister also got food from here and (I don't remember the name but it had some clear noodles with shrimp) and it was so bland. Hardly any flavor at all. All around a disappointing experience. Some highlights were the cleanliness of the restaurant, the very friendly staff, and the look of the restaurant.I just couldn't finish the food. It doesn't seem like the hype was worth anything at all. Although I do appreciate the food being less greasy than KFC
