Great place no one in line took my order right away, no problem at all
Good smoothies, but the service could be better.The person who rang me up was nice, but when I was going to pay, he walked away and then another employee (a grumpy one) took my money and didn't say anything.Let's have some consistency here, Jamba Juice!
Unwelcoming staff. I placed a order via the mobile app 10 minutes in advance because it was upcoming on my delivery route. I walk up to mobile order area the workers are doing there best to pretend they don't see me standing there. Finally 6 minutes pass and they ask if I'm waiting for an order. I tell them my name and it turns out they had it ready in the cooler the whole time, frustrating since I was on a tight schedule. To top it off out of all of the locations this drink was terrible I ended up throwing half of it away.
Never really that busy at this location I've always been in and out no problems.??
Not friendly they were into there conversation than they were into the customer in front of them
This is our “regular “ Jamba store. I’ve always really enjoyed their smoothies, but since I discovered that their “Orange Dream Machine “ tastes like Orange Julius (something I remember was much more easily accessible in my childhood ) and introduced my husband to it, we have become regulars here. I can make a pretty good smoothie at home, and these are rather expensive. I can’t, however, replicate the special flavor of this one. I actually like it better than Orange Julius. I have recommended this particular flavor to several friends who all love it. Unfortunately, I keep discovering really tasty things that are rather irresistible but not within my budget.
Google says they close at 9:30pm, I get there at 9 to find out they're closing early along with other potential customers that came to the door just to be disappointed. Not sure why they're closing early...

Amanda with a C is the absolute best!!! I live in Virginia. I met her at the local Jamba Juice and she helped me find my can opener. You won't believe where it was! She saved my marriage! She's a life saver and goes the extra mile!! Corporates needs to give her a raise!!!
I'm not one to really write reviews but this got me the wrong way. I like to go to Jamba in the mornings to grab something before work. I like to get a peanut butter & jelly smoothie. The employees have always been very kind to make it for me or write it down and do it. I really appreciated it. However, today whoever is working there was rude (around 8:30am). Unfortunately, I did not get his name. I asked if he could make the smoothie and he said no. I was showing him my phone to show the ingredients and just said no, don't have the ingredients. He was so curt about it. He didn't offer any suggestions or explain, just a no. He didn't even specify what they didn't have - the berries, yogurt, milk? I wish I had gotten his name, but we just walked out. I will probably think twice about going out of my way to get a drink here or make sure he is not working.I am editing the star rating. I think this interaction was a one star, but I want to keep in mind the other employees who have been so nice and helpful.
