Nice. Convenient. Located inside the market. Only thing, they always run out of the peach green/black tea. This location seems the most consistent. Other boba joints I've been too either were just plain not paying attention.
Hmm...The green milk tea with milk tastes too watered down...not much milk you can taste but more of a watery tea plus not enough sugar...or was it just my order tasting like this?? Even 85 degrees with non-dairy creamer tastes so much better and its non-dairy!!
Hands down for the best boba!The pearls are perfectly soft, chewy and slightly warm.

Caved and got boba here after shopping at 99 ranch market (it’s located inside)! Staff are friendly and the wait is minimal. The boba was decent but the drinks are cheaper than other places I’ve been too. Boba sizes are also fairly large! Would recommend going lower in sweetness
This place is okey.I been here 3 times and I did notice that drinks Do Not taste as good as the location that permanently closed in San Gabriel in the cvs pharmacy shopping center.Next time I'm craving boba I'm going to try the Monterey park location .I'm not sure if tea express inside ranch 99 mixes the drink for you??? Because I remember at Half&Half I had to turn my drink upside & up a few times to blend drink well , and it was delicious.

Kind of an odd spot for a half and half but the ricecake was surprisingly really good
Good vareity of excellent boba drinks. Milk drink with boba is one of my favorites.
Came here for a quick tea. The lady that took our oder would have to be one of the friendliest cashiers ever.❤
