So sad that I’ve had such horrible experiences with this location my past few orders especially because I live 3 minutes away and have been ordering from here for the past 5 years. Customer service is horrible, they are not apologetic about their mistakes and do nothing to remedy the situation. Pizza usually always cold when I get it delivered which makes no sense because I’m 3 minutes away?

Ordered 2 large pizzas and 5 ranch dipping sauces including a 15% tip through the app to get it delivered (dipping sauce is NOT free)! I’m only putting 2 stars because the pizza was at least delivered quickly and tasted nice but we did not receive the $5 extra ranch. Even the receipt given to us said we ordered it. We offered for them to go back and get it but by the time they would come back with the ranch, the pizza would have been finished ?
Waited over an hour for delivery. App timeline inaccurate. Called the store and had no updates. Cold pizza delivered with inaccurate order. Tried calling the store but put on hold for over 20 minutes so I hung up. Trash.
Order ahead of time. You'll be in and out so fast you'll be enjoying your pizza before the game starts. Good deals.
