Ordered Big Plate Chicken (Small), Tiger Salad, and Lamb Kebabs. The Big Plate Chicken (small) will definitely be enough for 2-3 people. It's quite large already with lots of chicken. The noodles are a tasty consistency flavored by the spices from the sauce. The chicken was soft to the bite and leaves a good after kick from the spice. The tiger salad was a great medley of onions, peppers, tomatoes, and garlic. It's crunchy, refreshing, and has a toned down spice kick to it. The Lamb Kebabs are a minimum order of 3 and they're very good. They strike a good balance between chewy and tender. Very juicy and the spice is more of a pepper spice than chili flake spice. Tiger Salad is definitely a great side dish here and I'd recommend the others too or exploring more with the other menu items. Again, everything we ordered was somewhat spicy but pleasant. Service was efficient and very kind. The business did get packed by dinnertime, but parking space is adequate.

Many traditional Uyghur dishes to choose from. Some of them are different from the local versions in Xinjiang (e.g., the samosa) but they all taste good. The female server is extremely friendly. Portions are a bit on the small side though.

Everything was amazing!! The staff was pleasant and friendly. Definitely some of the best Uyghur food we have had in America. The spicy noodles with beef was very flavorful and hanmade noodles perfect, firm not dry or too doughy. The diced noodles with beef was mild and perfectly cooked as well. The samso was flaky and tasty for an appetizer, while the naan bread was delicious to soak up the amazing flavors left on the plate. There was enough food on each plate to split if you didn't want to try several different foods. We absolutely will return!!

It was such a delightful surprise to eat here! I didn’t expect to enjoy to such a high extent all the food we had!We got lamb kebab; chicken plate; fried naan/beef and beef dumplings. Their salty milk tea was great too.I’m super happy with our dinner and will definitely come back!

Really good food and amazing tea! They have a small parking lot on the back as well.

I wanted to try a new food experience and decided to come here. It was during a weekday lunch so it wasn't too busy. The atmosphere were definitely unique as they designed the dining area with themed decorations, furnitures, and music. I knew I am unfamiliar with this cuisine so I research ahead of time what are the common items to order. I ordered a Uyghur salad, 3 lamb skewers, big plate chicken with extra noodles, Samsa, and Baklava. The food had unique flavor profile to it. I would say it's a combination Middle Eastern and Xi Chuan. I loved the big plate chicken and definitely deserve the extra noodle plate as it goes so well together. The noodle is also uniquely wide and flat noodles, has a nice chewy textures that tone down the sauces. I believe that COVID situation affected quality and delivery of certain items. The tea is no longer served in the beautiful cups, and the Baklava are premade in batches. I wouldn't get the Baklava as they tasted a bit stale. Overall I loved the new experience and would come back once in a while to try out the other items on the menu.

First time visiting. The spicy fried noodles with beef are delicious, I did expect the serving to be a bit bigger for the price, and maybe a little more beef, but it is very tasty. Not really spicy just good flavor. The Goshnaan was also very flavorful. The Manta was not as flavorful as I expected but still good, definitely pour a bit of vinegar. The young lady was very nice.

Google "Uyghur". Okay, first off I gotta say how amazingly good the noodles were. Wow. Haven't had a noodle that good in a long time. It's perfectly made, perfectly chewy, and perfectly cooked. The lagman noodles were great. Loved the beef and veggies. The Manti were really good too, really liked the peppery beef and onion filling. And the cucumbers were great too, nice garlic flavor, not overly seasoned. They were the perfect refreshing side to the other dishes. Definitely want to go back and try more things.

Having lived and traveled extensively throughout Asia and Central Asia, I have tasted all and sundry dishes ranging from Persian and Turkish, to Middle Eastern, South Asian, and East Asian cuisines. Uyghur food, as a result of an ancient civilization that has absorbed and integrated a great number of styles and traditions over several millennia, is a perfect mélange of the foods you will find on your Silk Road journey from Istanbul to Sichuan: well spiced, uniquely seasoned and skewered, with meat, rice, and noodles as staple complements. If you like Indian, Chinese, Middle Eastern, Persian, Turkish, or Russian/Georgian flavors, then you will undoubtedly find this place a real winner on all counts.Dolan's perfectly captures the artisanal, handmade noodle tradition, combining it with hearty, halal options, from chicken to lamb. There are also plenty of salad and soup choices for those wanting to preserve a KETO-friendly, low-carb, and/or vegetarian/vegan diet. I could come here almost every day and not get bored with the options. My favorite dishes are the boiled lamb leg (a super healthy protein-rich option!), garlic cucumber, and fried eggs & tomato. Overall, a guiltless, carb-free meal! They don't try to Americanize the food, which I greatly admire. On the contrary, they painstakingly replicate the tradition of Uyghur cuisine, as if we were being served in the Xinjiang provincial capital of Ürümqi. Some large television screens on the walls showcase the breathtaking scenery of Western China: snowy mountaintops, wispy deserts, and jagged rock formations. Other screens hypnotize the viewer to the ebullient Uyghur music and dance gatherings, offering a glimpse at how weddings and holidays have been celebrated for centuries in the region. The walls are adorned with Uyghur musical instruments, paintings, tapestries, and other artifacts redolent of the geometrically-inspired Islamic art & architecture that spans Andalusía to Delhi. Very cozy and inviting. The staff have always treated me with impeccable friendliness and swift service. The food has thus far been consistent, fresh, and tasty. I have been to Dolan's at least 25 times, and will keep going back.Don't forget to try the Uyghur honey cake, which most resembles "Medovik," the Russian honey cake. Order it with their herbal tea.If I could give six stars, I would. You will not be disappointed.PS- make sure to read about the plight of the Uyghurs and their need for support on the international stage. This rich, great civilization needs to be preserved and their rights protected. Google "Uyghurs"!

As some comments have mentioned, it's not authentic as I understand it's hard to completely replicate what the real Xinjiang food to be cooked in the US (seasoning is pretty authentic though), the staff provides terrible service as well, would like to try something different somewhere else.
