+ a side of bad service.Came in for breakfast. Feels a bit dark and dingy when you walk in, But we were greeted quickly so we put in our name to be seated.They said it would be just a couple minutes...After about 15 minutes we went back up and asked how much longer it would be and they seemed confused as to who we were. After a little scurrying around they quickly took us to one of the empty tables.We sat there for about 10 minutes with no one coming to help us. Finally someone came by as we're about to get up and walk out and asked if we wanted anything to drink. From there...things were only slightly better. We ordered and got our food fairly quickly. ..but..had no utensils so had to wait and ask for those. Then.. asked for syrup and jelly, but served brought ketchup and sugar. Food was ok.. not great. We asked for our check. Server brought our check and another bottle of ketchup (?!?!)One thing of note: the place is SERIOUSLY run down and filthy (see attached photo) Tabletops are worn walls are dirty the blinds have food and catch up stuff to them and the floor next to my table had old math and food piled up on it like it hasn't been slept in years.Unfortunately when I dropped my phone and resend the pick it up that's what my hand fell into. Pretty damned disgusting. That's the photo you see in this review. Needless to say - we wont be back
It has been YEARS (about 8 maybe) since i've been to this place. I came with my kid and service was so bad that i swore i wont come again.I relented and came with my kid again (12 years now). We got the country fried chicken and chicken tender. They were both deep friend to hell and became super crunchy.Service hasn't improved. Everything is like done in slow motion. Order and then wait 30 minutes.Oh well. I come back in another 8 years.
Honestly, if we have to wait 45 mins for food, at least give us free refills of our beverages of iced coffee and chocolate milk. We got our drinks first and when the food FINALLY come out we were told we would have to pay for additional refill. What were we supposed to do? Just sit there and watch the ice in our drinks melt while we waited for our food? How rude. I gave it 3 stars because the food was well made (shout out to the cooks) and the waitress was just doing her job.
Crispy pork larb, what more needs to be said? I would have appreciated more and larger cabbage leaves, but that's not really what we are here for is it?
In the evening, after I had gone dancing, I went to this place. We waited for approximately 15-20 minutes for a table. The front area is packed with about 8 people + 3 outside.As a customer, it is very irritating that there are plenty of tables available and that you cannot even wait at the table and check out the menu because after that, they put you at the table, and then they have to wait for you to look at the menu, then they take your order.It took too long for the food to be served, but the waitress was very polite. Both the service and management did not meet my expectations, conclusion: was a bad experience.
Went with my wife who was "Hangry" and my son who was also "Hangry" ..poor little guy.My wife asked for a booth and they sat us at a small square table where we could barely keep our elbows from touching. That was ...annoying.Nicole the less, we mentioned we needed a booth and the crew helped. About 5-10minutes later. The crew sat us at a booth and brought our drinks right away, took our order right away and our food was out in about 10 minutes. From when we walked in the door about 25 minutes later and on a Sunday when it's busy AF!!Food was good and both my son and my wife enjoyed their breakfast/lunch and they were both satisfied. Can't complain. All around good service.
Breakfast available after 10:00 AM is the bestest. I’m sorry but their pancakes are better than IHOP. The service is excellent and I see all the sanitizing they do and that’s important. I recommend Dennys ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Without diving into too much detail, since at the end of the day this is a Denny's, this location stands out from the rest in the area in that the food that is prepared is always fresh, hot and is plated great.I would give it a higher rating but the thing that prevents me from doing that is the often long wait times and the staff could be a little more accommodating.Other than that this location is great during the week when it's not too rushed and as Gordon Ramsay has said before (again, for all you foodies I'm aware this is a Denny's haha), "Wait times don't matter. As long as it's good when the customer tastes it, then it's a good meal."
Dennys has the best nachos believe it or not. Late night 3 am visit us and one other couple who were a bit older were in attendance. The server was funny and kind and accommodating. Clean inside and prompt friendly service. I did need to seek her out a few times to ask for things by that i mean physically get up and find her so thats why it wasnt quite 5 star material
This Denny's is absolutely delicious, I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner and they never disappoint their customer service is spot on and I have never had any problems with my food. I also have placed orders through UberEats, the food is always well packed and they give out plenty of condiments and utensils. I love this Denny's and recommend it to anyone who is near the area to give them a try.
