Went for my grandson’s graduation. The place was full but we had great service and our server ( Rayann ) was fantastic. She made sure our food and drinks we’re served as quickly as possible even though the place was packed she was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face. She was very accommodating for the large group that we had I’m going to make sure when we go back we are seated in Ryann station. She made our experience very pleasant and I definitely recommended to anyone.
This is an issue with kitchen staff, we asked medium rare and we got well done. Our waitress was wonderful no issue with her but I'm a server and I already know how kitchen staff likes to complain about a customer even when they mess up. It was my first time there and my last sadly. Also why do you guys give cheese flakes? Why not melted because it ruined my pasta :/
We went there for lunch. I felt that this particular Applebee's had a more "family" enviroment. Other Applebee's and Chile's have quite a few people drinking at the bar, with more noise. This one was nice and quiet. The waitresses were friendly and asked often if we needed anything. I liked that they had a "2 for 25" deal. It is a little smaller than other places, but I think that's what gives it that ambiance.
Terrible waitresses. Not paying attention to your orders and repeats back a different meal than you just told them. Then they laugh with the other waitresses as if they didn't just mess up your order several times. Waitresses need to be fired and replaced, if not separated from the other servers they're close with since they chat more than work. Even worse, my food was bland and the pasta sauce didn't incorporate well into my meal, making it tase like raw noodles. Never had a bad time til today. Applebee's staff needs to be reprimanded.
Came here to eat with my son. We ordered the $25 special. He had the cheeseburger, I ordered the 6oz steak.I requested it to be cooked medium well. I sliced it and it was real rare. Like REAL rare, blood oozing and all.. I read through recent reviews and others have had a rare steak issues as well. Maybe the Cook just doesn’t know how to cook steak. ???♀️. I didn’t eat it, even after the 1st attempt to recook it. It still came back rare.What turned it around was my server Felicia, she took it upon herself to speak with her Manager to make sure I was taken care of. I didn’t expect for her to do that, and for that, they deserves the 5 star!! All about the Customer Service! Felicia totally flipped my dining experience into a positive one!
Make the trip from Los Angeles to Alhambra, Applebee's to get very disappointed with the attitude of the young man at the reception and the waitresses' service. The food itself wasn't the greatest taste as well.
Sat within 10 mins. services qas good except the server/bartender didnt put the holiday drink garnish. Once asked the server she provided

My wife bought two gift cards to eat at Applebee's the balance on both cards was $150.00 dollars we took the bus from Glendale to Alhambra to eat there we both order steaks well done my steak was well done when it came my wife's wasn't still had blood so she had to wait for the waitress after waiting ten minutes I went to the bar and ask if we can get some one to our table a tall male that spoke feminine shows up and takes the steak and then returns with the steak the plate was a mess it look like they might of put it in a microwave the mashed potatoes and macaroni and broccoli were all to one side and the steak still had blood we requested for the steak to be well done which wasn't this was horrible services this location sucks the waitress and the feminine wannabe cook who tried to sound like Martha Stewart should be fired or made to scub dishes for returning a raw steak twice
The place and ambience is always cool, the drinks are bomb ?, the food is not good, I feel like they need to pick up their game.
