This Yogurtland is so annoying. They close before the advertised hours. It's happened to me more than once!
Easy and quick in-and-out service
Wonderful yogurt in many flavors. What is innovative is that you pass by the yogurt station and dispense as much as you need in the flavors you want then you go to the toppings station and put as many flavors and as much quantity as pleases you. Then final station is the payment is based on weight. What a wonderful experience. And the flavors were amazing. I'm officially a regular.
I sent my little brother with my husband to get me som fro-yo and I was very disappointed when my brother came back upset and told me that one of the staff member called him a “******* c**** just because he forgot to add toppings on my cup. My first thought was that maybe the lady was having a bad day or something but he told me that she was being very polite to other customers and extremely rude to him. I obviously don’t want anyone to get fired but the least you guys can do is teach your staff members how be polite to all customers no matter what race they are. My brother came home feeling like he was treated that way because of the color of his skin and that’s not okay. If you guys want to continue to have customers the first thing to be done is make sure that staff members have proper training on good customer service.
Went in today, my experience was so disappointing with the lack of customer service skills. No gloves where used to serve our yogurt, I won’t be coming here anymore!

Expensive with lil flavors to choose from
The cashier doesn't talk to you at all.
Personal favorites: ube (or taro) yogurt and cotton candy yogurt (don't judge). Even during COVID, yogurt tastes fresh. =)
