Super tasty Chinese restaurant in a bustling area in Alameda. Indoor and outdoor dining are both available, and there is street parking in the area. The restaurant had lots of delicious spicy options, and we opted for the beef noodle soup and cumin lamb noodles. Both were amazing! Would highly recommend for any noodle or spicy food lovers.
Fresh food, spicy chinese recipes, open kitchen. Easy street parking. Hand pulled noodles, delicious, yay!! Way above expectations. Small cafe style room.
This place was great, we were so impressed by the food here. You need to get the biang biang hand pulled noodles, any meat. We ordered the spicy tingly beef and it was so tender and delicious that we ordered a second one later in the meal! And don’t sleep on the sour spicy pork dumplings, they are some of the best dumplings I’ve had in a while (we got 2 orders of these too!). The burgers were great too, tried the pork and the lamb, and the lamb is definitely superior. Absolutely order one of those. All in all I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the food here.
This place was recommended to me by one of my colleagues who is Chinese and it was absolutely phenomenal. I lived in China for 5 years and I can attest that the food was very authentic. It's northeast Chinese cuisine from the area of Xian. So if you're looking for cold noodles or authentic Xian food like the ground pork sandwich or handful noodles or really delicious dumplings. This is the place to go. We drove 40 minutes to eat here and it was worth every minute.
Some of the best Chinese I've ever had! The spinach dumplings in sesame sauce were just spicy enough. And the pork over hand pulled noodles was phenomenal. Best part? Big portions so I had delicious leftovers the next day. Go!
Super delicious!!! Great staff, great service, excellent noodles and dumplings.
Spicy, delicious, homemade chili oil that has been in the family for a while. A true gem. Everything on their menu has been exceptional. I drive from SF just to experience this and their lovely hospitality.
Holy yum. This place is so freaking authentic tasting. If you want to try some real Xi'An regional cuisine then come here. Highly recommend the BiangBiang Noodles! Perfect for a rainy, cold day like the one's we are enjoying right now :-)
Great food but I had to wait for 45 minutes before it was brought out. It was on a week day evening, not busy, enough tables available, no heads up that it was going to take a while. Finally got my food and then the rest of the fam had to wait for another five minutes. No explanation, no apologies.
Definitely recommend trying all the foods!! There is indoor and outdoor seating. The noodles are good delicious in any dish and the dumplings are a must have. We had the spicy and tingly beef in sauce and the beef biang biang... I'm going to be a regular. Staff was friend and service was fast. Try it!
