We weren't certain where we were having dinner tonight but it ended up here.I got the number one, no pickles with cheese. My husband got the number two with cheese. It was a bit upsetting that we couldn't substitute our drinks for the shakes. So we ended up with both.Booths we got to choose from was dirty and it was only after we sat did a worker do their rounds to tidy the place up a bit.Food came out at a timely manner. Personally nothing special.For our first time trying out this place, it was alright. A bit pricy. Wouldn't come back.
Pre lunch rush. Food was fast and the sane solid Habit Burger I've come to know.
Went here twice in the past month. The first time. I got a portobello burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was amazing but the fries were luke warm.A few weeks later. I was craving that delicious burger and tried the fried greenbeans with it. Everything tasted salty this visit. Disappointing.I will need to try one more time to test the flavors and consistency but so far, it's been hit and miss.
Quick service. Polite & professional. Plus the burgers are So delicious. Who wouldn't love a good charcoal burger w/ double patties?!
This store is not honest. They ring things up incorrectly in order to sneak in up charges then blame you for the "mistake."Food was fine, but when we discovered an overcharge on our receipt the cashier said it was "just the way the machine did it". I showed that how he rang-up the order did not match what we ordered. He said that's how the machine did it.After he got the manager the manager kept mis-ringing the order to show I was wrong while making snarky comments in his explanation.He finally"discovered" they were adding cheese we didn't order to one of our burgers. Then tried to blame me for not telling him we didn't order the cheese on the second burger (something I had no way to know he was adding so I had no way to know I "needed to tell him" he was adding something we never ordered.The manager finally refunded the overcharge ,without an apology, but with more comments blaming me for their mistakes.Without a hand written apology from the store manager sent via USPS I will never go back to this store.If I were Habit Burger corporate I'd audit this store. If they are stealing from their customers they are likely stealing from the business as well.
I guess we came during the busy-time of day (2pm on a Sunday Afternoon); waited a good 20+ minutes for our order. My teenager/ high school Son rushing me to get him back to APGym for his second game of the day = they took too long. The kicker was that he found ants on his to-go bag of food!!!
Good burgers, fries and shakes. Clean and friendly atmosphere.
Food was great but the only downside is that it took like idk 45 minutes
I went to this restaurant today. I order was #32. At 2:19pm I ordered an Impossible Burger and Fries no drink. The cashier was friendly. The female cook I noticed scooped all of the fries out of the frie holder and placed them back into the grease for a few minutes. When my order was ready, she used those same recooked fries and gave them to me. The fries were greasy and hard. This is unacceptable food quality. I will not purchase fries again.
The service was not professional- employee texting while taking orders and giving out orders. Food was not handle with care- I had an very upset stomach, I was in stomach pain all night. Never had this problem before. First time at this location and will never come here again. I was better off at in and out near by this location.
