Eh it's okay. Customer service pretty good. I just a problem with my drink, majority of my drink was straight up ice. Didn't really taste good either.
Love their passion tea, cappuccinos, and chai tea lattes. Plus their cafe is excellent!
I go to this Starbucks regularly and the service is always great also Shannon takes time out to remember her customer's by name ? She's always very friendly and wearing a smile no matter how busy the store is . Great customer service
Starbucks has delicious items.
This Starbucks closes at 9:00 PM. Other Starbucks in Alameda close at 7:00 PM. My husband wanted a venti caramel frappuccino. I usually get a tall iced skinny cinnamon dulce latté and/or a tomato mozzarella panini. I'm glad Starbucks brought this panini back, as it's my favorite. It even tastes better than some of the margherita pizzas I had at a pizza business in Downtown Oakland.The baristas are pleasant and helpful. Sometimes when they are busy they don't see you standing there waiting to order something. I don't say anything to them until they greet me.Finally, I like this Starbucks because they are opened late.
Friendly service good product filthy bathrooms. Also, Starbucks needs to rethink the loud music idea. Employees cannot hear customers and customers cannot hear employees. I watched at least three mistakes because the customer was misunderstood. A little bit of music at a low volume will do the trick.
