*DOES NOT HAVE DRIVE THRU* description false on Google. Service is hit or miss, great cushioned booth seating BUT none of the outlets under the seats and on the walls work, so bring your devices charged if you plan on doing some work there.
If you have time to wait 20 minutes for a coffee it is a great place .
I've been to a lot of Starbucks and this is one of the worst Starbucks I've been to, did mobile order took almost 30 minutes and my order was wrong. This branch need help, only 2 people working at the bar and a lot of customers were waiting in line and waiting for their mobile order.

Ordered something to go, great customer service.Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, windows that let a lot of light in.Store is located on the corner of two main roads so it seems like it gets really busy here.
Nice size location with outdoor seating. However the reason I started going to Peets is because Starbucks no longer have the hazelnut syrup
I don't know if they just hired people or the manager, who works slowly, just doesn't explain service to her crew. It seems like it takes 30 minutes every time we go there lately. I'm serious. The last three times we have gone it took 30 minutes or longer just for one drink and they were not even busy. It took my son 20 minutes just for a water.
This is my favorite Starbucks and all the employees are really nice.If you ever faint in the restaurant, know that they will come out to help you like they did for me. Thank you.
Horrible, and don't complain cause you will hear things like "we're across from a college" and "there are 5 other stores you can go to" like wow hire more people, learn to be efficient! The other stores I've been in the bay area and never as bad as this one. A couple of weeks ago I went to get my girls some drinks and figured can't be busy at this time, but no! They shut down early and still had mobile orders open, and I know this because a woman came to pick up her drink and the barista shut the door in her face and refused to give her her drinks, she was with her husband and toddler child! I can go on but I decided to take the manager's advise and go to another store!
Maya was terrible she forgot everything I ordered. We wait 20 minutes but food wasn’t served and ask her again, she remembered , but I have to let her know twice although I have little hungry kids waiting for food… There we’re a lot of people probably waiting for food…
