I love this coffee shop. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the outdoor patio space is just lovely, with a tricking fountain and good WIFI. I loved learning that the owners are a former writer/photographer couple who started their new venture by first roasting coffee at home. Their passion comes through for sure at this flagship location!

Signal is amazing! We were buying their coffee before this location opened its doors, and now we love sitting on the beautiful patio with a pastry and a drink.My one wish is that they used ceramic mugs for dine-in orders, but really delicious food and friendly staff.
Best coffee shop on Webster. The quality of the coffee is the reason, the taste, flavor, style, everything. They know how to roast and make coffee better than others around. If you're tired of the overburnt Peet's or the slightly less overburnt Starbucks, head here and get good coffee instead.
When I walked in then had my first sip I knew this was what had been missing this side of Alameda (maybe in all of Alameda). Great coffee. Wish you were open a little later than 2pm on weekdays you’d see me more often! Lovely secluded spot in the back.
This is a great coffee shop with great pastries (from Crispian). They roast their own coffee and it's amazing. Super friendly owner and staff. Nice dog-friendly patio in the back as well.

I found heaven... in liquid form.Our family stopped in to support this wonderful new, local business. I asked the gentleman for suggestions for something really different. His prescription? Mexican Coffee. Oh. My. Goodness. (insert hearts here) Without question, the BEST cup of coffee I have ever had, anywhere in the world. No joke. I dream about this stuff. Pastries were also outstanding. Welcoming, friendly shop with engaged owners, amazing coffee, and obvious care taken with everything they do. Such a wonderful addition to our side of the island.
