Great little hidden gem! Flavor is incredible. We come very often.Service is very friendly and fast. The place and atmosphere are very welcoming and relaxing.Eating here is a real pleasure!Ping me if you disagree!
The food tasted good, but the employees had masks hanging around their necks instead of over their noses (indoors) and the manager told me I was welcome to not come back when I complained about it.They also totally messed up my dip sandwich (no dip) and thought they should just take $3.00 off or replace the dip, when I could get back, which was hours later, after the sandwich was no longer good.I eventually got my sandwich replaced, but it wasn't easy and the woman I was told was the manager made it VERY clear that she doesn't care about the safety of her staff or customers or about ripping off customers.So good food, but nothing special. not worth the health risk and nasty manager who doesn't care about things like health codes.Call me crazy, I like to eat places where people follow codes to keep me safe.I don't care how good the food is. These people are dishonest and a health hazard to the community.
the food was good and appeared promptly. the service was completely fine, though they seemed pretty rushed. prices were normal for the area. the dining area is the cleanest i have ever seen a pho place.
It was 15 min before their closing time and they refused to serve me Pho, witch takes 5 min to make. I think they have become too big for their birches!
The pho is good (not great) especially if its to-go. I’ve dined-in and took pho to-go because I live near the restaurant. For to-go orders it takes 30-40 mins, for a single, regular sized brisket pho. When I finally got my order, arrived home, and saw that the basil was brown and the sprouts were yellow (ie spoiled) I was very disappointed. Sadly, this has happened to me before when I took pho to-go. Apparently to-go orders get the old produce. Although they need to work on the outbound service, the quality and service is good when I dine-in.I strongly suggest if you can’t dine-in, then go somewhere else. Their to-go quality is extremely poor.
I ordered take out from Sidestreet Pho. The pho was really good. I would come back to try dine in.
The staff was extremely courteous, and the pho just hit the spot. The noodles, the soup, the meat, everything was on point. Will definitely be coming back!
Super delicious Pho soup! At in legit environment. I would recommend anybody to come and have a dish here. It’s super clean the employees are super friendly and polite. It’s very very clean and just a cool place to unwind!. Will definitely come back
