This used to my go-to despite them constantly screwing up my specifications like light-sauce, double-cut, or extra-crispy and despite the fact that ordering “double” of any topping never actually gets you twice as much but they will happily charge you for extra toppings. It seems this location is now under new management where every single time I am doubted that they can delivery to me because my address is in Oakland despite being a 5 minute drive away and have been delivered to 40+ times over the years. I have to persuade them every time. On top of all this garbage, they now close at 9pm and refuse delivery orders after 8:30pm. I’m done with this location as they are as incompetent as they get.
I order a BBQ chicken with bacon pizza and it Supposed to came with a Fry Crispy onion. But the one I ordered it doesn’t I don’t know they forgot or what. And also the pizza bottom bread is very thin I can’t Belly pick up a slice every thing just drop. Please make the Bottom bread more ticker.
Great customer service from staff.. great tasting pizza, and barbecue wings! Great environment to dine in also!
The pizza is okay; wish it had more pizza sauce. The wings are great!What really disappointed me was that the employee was rude to us.
A few weeks ago I ordered 2 pizzas online at 5:00, for pickup at 6:30. When I arrived at 6:30, I was told that they were still working on the pizzas. It turns out "still working on" meant "not started yet." I ended up sitting in my car and waiting half an hour while they made my food. It was frustrating, but I understand stuff happens sometimes. The girl behind the register was really apologetic, and offered me a credit towards my next order to make up for the bad experience. I thanked her, and asked for some kind of written voucher. She told me she couldn't give me anything in writing, but not to worry, it was in the computer and would show up next time I placed an order. So I figured I would give them a second chance and tried again today. Unsurprisingly, I guess, when I went to pick up my pizza there was no record of the credit in the computer. The woman behind the register refused to honor the previous offer, or make any conciliatory gesture. I won't be going back again.

For the most part I'm very satisfied of this place
I'm giving you 5 stars because I disagree with most of your negative reviews. Especially the girl who says she was there 10 times and left a bad review. To her I say if it's not your cup of tea don't drink it 10 times and say the negative. These people work hard and do a great job consistently making great pizza. Round Table has been around for over 30 years. It is an Icon in the pizza world. The people here and the food both awesome!!
