Based on the reviews that I saw I really wanted to try this place in Alameda. It is located very conveniently on Webster Street and they were open for take out during the shelter in place. I called the restaurant to place the order and they said it would take 15-20 minutes. It was about 3:45 p.m. and there were no other customers with take out orders when we arrived to pick up. We were so DISAPPOINTED in our food when we got home - we ordered: - Singapore noodles with chicken $11.95 - MOSTLY noodles and maybe 2 oz of chicken. We threw it away after tasting just noodles! - Stuffed Boneless Chicken wings $15.95 - This was the worst ever. it seemed like it was made in the morning or the previous day and warmed up prior to packaging it. It was soooo overcooked that it hurt my teeth to bite into it. - Traop Ang - eggplant with pork and shrimp $13.95 - the taste was actually good, the eggplant was seriously mushy - large portion though. - Kary Khmer - Bamboo shoots, chicken breast and potatoes. This too was really not good. The sauce was so thin and watery - like it was in red water with lots of bamboo shoots. This was also a large portion but did not taste good at all $13.95. We paid including tip $70 for this meal and for a take out, you would expect better taste and quality. Maybe the quality is lacking because there is a shelter in place. I truly did not have the same experience that others had with the food. I really wanted to like this place....... I will not be returning.

Excellent food, friendly owners! One of the best places for takeout in Alameda.

The wife and I got 3 different dishes. They were all good. Fast service. All tables were full. And we still managed to get our food within 10 minutes after ordering. Sweet n sour soup... Ground pork with vegitables... Shrimp...calamari..prawns with vegetables. The menu had too many options. So we are going to go there once a week until we try everything...

The food is terrific, and the staff are all cheerful and friendly. My husband and I come for dinner every time we’re in Alameda.
