Man! Y'all need to put more attention on handling food. My dinner was going well until I encountered this hair on my Kung pao chicken ? I was feeling lucky that the food was tasting really well from other times that I have gone but just to go into disappointment again!
For some reason every time I get there shrimp it just tastes old or undercooked the honey walnut shrimp if you go there about 7:30 8:00 they have nothing just scraps when they close at 9:00
Absolutely stunning!! I really enjoyed coming in the other day. Areli (I think) the cashier, if I’m not mistaken, really really met my expectations. Wonderful customer service and even offered to tip her $10 but refused due to the rules. I think this is very unprofessional because people like her deserve tips :) Overall, will recommend to a friend!!!
Rony , the maintenance person, came on Nov 13, 2021, and he was very patience and took his time listening to my complains , and made sure the maintenance orders will put in the system in the correct matter and the vendors will be notified and the issue will be fixed. I feel glad that I live her .
Where should I start. I went with my lady to get a quick meal. Food wasn’t the best quality. I asked for brocoli and beef they only gave me broccoli. The rice was burnt. The orange chicken was barely chewable. The restroom was a a straight horror film and right when I want to leave to use the hand sanitizer, it said 80% alcohol but smells like straight dirty mop water. The place needs to be cleaned up if the bathroom looked like that I can just imagine how the kitchen is.Definitely needs some better management or something.
During each visit the people that work there are always rude. They rush customers through the line and appear to be very short patient. The never provide condiments when asked. The storage containers are with plastic wear are not clean.

The worst Panda Express!! Employee’s are rude and deaf as hell. Yelling at each other over orders. There portions of food is ridiculous and not to mention the ugliness of putting your food in the plate. Service is terrible and management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this. Every single one of them should be fired. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Management should get them all hearing aids.
