It was alright service was slow understandable that they were short on staff... I noticed the grill very dirty ...needs cleaning also above the frill the tables and floors were dirty as well. Looked like floors has not been mopped for 3 days . Just grundgy real turn off... usually Other Nations I go to is spotless this one in Alameda needs a Good Cleaning.... also hamburger could be cooked more .... mines was uncooked ...this was night shift ....9:30pm
Specifically to this Nations in comparison to others, not all that busy as I would normally see at sister locations on a Friday night. Cleanliness, food, service, overall a general 4 stars. Burger was a typical Nations burger. Order was received as per request. As of tonight, no eating inside. But part of the dining area tables were open to sit and wait until food was ready.
So the food was good. My order was lagged. But the workers like Jennifer and Michelle was great. I felt they where really over worked. Two people are here taking orders. And cooking. I've come to have thought like caviar is on here. And people are dining in. I don't blame the workers for lagging on the food when I see them work this hard. I don't know who is to blame at this point. If it's corporate or management but this is not okay.
Might stop coming to Alameda Nations, I order the Salmon burger with grilled onions, been doing it for years, this guy tells me they don’t grill anymore because they use to much onions. So bottom line it doesn’t matter what pleases the customer, their focus is saving money
Pies were really good. Pies were $6/slice which is a little pricey but they give you a massive slice (roughly one fourth of the pie). Haven’t had anything else here but the food does look good. Also I appreciate they are open late.
The banana cream pie is your diets worst enemy and your taste buds BFF. I love Nations and it's pies! You've got to try a slice!!
I don't go here too often. When I do though Ovidio is usually the man holding the spot down. He is quite dynamic at running the grill and taking orders. Wonderful customer service. ??
Pies are great. Hamburger is good with a milk shake. We always go back for their pies on holidays and birthdays
They put you on hold , and never come back . Then will force you too come in and then start making the food .
