If I could I wouldn't even give this place a one star review. The food is good but not worth it, horrible customer service and our order is never ready when they say it will be. I called and placed a pickup order; first red flag, I asked for extra cilantro on the side and the guy said "ask when you get here because the chefs won't remember". Second red flag, I said my husband will be picking it up so I put it under his name and he keeps saying the wrong name. After three attempts to correct him he said our food will be ready in 30 minutes and hung up. I told my husband it's under the wrong name, not the end of the world. He goes there after 30 minutes, foods not ready and they need 15 more minutes (not surprised). He paid and waits. After 20 minutes he goes to see how much longer and they can't find our order! He told them what we ordered, that we already paid and that it was with a wrong name. Nothing. He calls me to confirm what I ordered and they had it under a different name from what the guys told me. One hour and 5 minutes later he leaves with our food. NEVER AGAIN will we order from here.
Great restaurant! I order the salt & pepper wings and the shrimp fried rice. Dining in or out they give good portions. My mom orders the short ribs and garlic noodles with shrimp she LOVES it the crunchy seasoned bite size delight. Inside is the pub and grub feel all around nice. One of a craving foods favorite!!
I really enjoyed the food here. Me and my date ordered to go. I specifically choose to go here because i was craving some Korean fried beef ribs. I believe that's what its called here. I also got garlic fries which i wished had more garlic flavor to them. But other than that this place definitely gets five stars. It cured my craving. We didn't done in but to pick up the atmosphere inside of the restaurant was very hip and cool. Good music playing louder than a typical restaurant. I forgot to mention the people working there were very nice, fast with our order and attentive. Definitely will be going there again. I forgot it is very affordable.b
The service was really poor! Our rice came out very cold! No waiter came by our table to make sure everything was fine! Yet you have to place your order via phone and then pay in advance before you even receive your food and leave a tip! This place should be takeout only!! I give them no stars. And won’t be returning or recommending this place ??????..
Great visit, as usual.Not a long wait at all, bring a jacket/coat as they must leave the door open for air flow due to COVID restrictions. Drinks are always good and the won ton soup is my favorite ( even on hot days), closely followed by the garlic noodles ( I prefer firm noodles with tons of flavor). The General Tsao's chicken wings are ? with the noodles and any veggie on the side.
My friends and I haven't seen each other in a super long time, so we decided to meet up here to grab dinner. I have never been before but my friends have been multiple times so it was of course on their recommendation. It was in the perfect spot in between where all of us were. It took us all about 10 to 15 minutes to get there and we got there. It was right before the rush so we were able to catch our own table. A few things have changed, from what I was told. The tables now include a menu underneath their screen so that you can see. You have to go up to the counter to order, but they will bring the food to you. You could also order food online, but it's not everything. You also cannot order any of the drinks online so you definitely have to go up to the counter to order everything.Overall, I enjoyed everything. There were a lot of people who were in there, but I felt that everyone was spaced out just enough that I wasn't too worried. There was also a woman. They're having her birthday, hope it was a good one
A Family Favorite! Been coming here for over a year, as often as we can. By FARRR our favorite Asian Dining Experience...on this side of The Bay! Staff is friendly, the place is small... but clean. The weekends usually have a wait, not open until 5PM... BUT WELL WORTH IT! Food is ABSOLUTELY delish! Food service is very fast! The Crab & Ginger Fried Rice, The Mongolian Beef Chow Mein are a must have! As far as appetizers, the Dry Fried Ribs and Crab Fries are the BOMB.COM! There is also a bar, drinks NOT watered down! Great atmosphere... you will enjoy!
Good drinks, good food. Chill vibe.. small but cute set up.. could use some attention or a remodel to the bathroom, otherwise I've enjoyed myself whenever I've gone.
I’m at the pub next door (alameda brewing co) with is a connected space where patrons order food and it brought over. I walk over to order and some chic (I’d say something else but trying to be polite) says “are you lost”. Would she have asked a white person that. literally came from next door —not wandering in off the street and that’s the greeting. Not how are you what can I get for you…
The food that my daughter and I ordered was way too salty. We had to send it bad. The drink I ordered had more of a watered down taste I couldn't distinguish the flavors in it. That was my first visit. I was looking forward to a really good meal since I had heard so much about the place.
