I started coming to this location because the food at the location on Central was always stale and disgusting! But this location doesn't know the difference between a cheeseburger and a plain cheeseburger apparently. It's a simple request. My vhild will not eat condiments and has thrown out her burger the last 3 times we've come here because it was fresh but not correct. Also, I myself am vegan and I got charged for some $8 burger that I never ordered last time I went. I did get the burger but it was useless to me. I was gone when I realized this mistake and didn't feel like returning but next time I will hold up the drive thru and check my order thoroughly.
We dined in for dinner.Ordered through the kiosk. Got stuck on the table tent option. Tried to ask a worker for one but either there was a language barrier or she just didn't care or understand. Just plugged in a random number, yet still had to pay at the register. That took forever!They seemed geared to helping the drive thru customers quicker than dine in customers.Food came out quickly.Wi-fi SUCKS.Higher management needs to either retrain their employees with their kiosks/app systems or remove the kisoks all together.
I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Idc about customer service lol who actually trips off that. That being said this has to be the worst McDonald’s in the bay. The fries are literally cold and soggy every time, the proportions are smaller, it’s more expensive than other locations and they get the order wrong 9 times out of 10. Yes it’s a nice area and I understand being underpaid makes you care less about the quality of food you bring out. That being said people work hard too and they choose to spend their hard earned money at this mcds location. People shouldn’t have to get low tier food just because it’s a “McDonalds” the money isn’t low tier so the food shouldn’t be either. In conclusion if you want good hot food and your order to be correct just drive the extra miles to a different location, get better deals and proportions and better frappes :) just skip this location all in all if you want to be satisfied.
The lack of respect the staff shows customers is pretty high. This place should be avoided
Soooooo where do I start! I think because this location is use to the. Children and teens the serve at the south shore location that they forget how to serve the adults! I ordered a cone and Oreos on the side cuz I like to dip my cone not it all blended in like the Mac flurry is. I ask just just that and was willing to pay whatever I needed to with in reason to get what I was craving and the lady started screaming no no I can’t have it like that I have to get either a mc flurry or a cone but not how I wanted it! I asked to speak to the manager who make my order and apologized for the inconvenience of the other lady and they charged me appropriately and I got my afternoon craving buy if I tell u the lady taking the order was rude I’m mean she was rude even the manager was embarrassed by her actions because she came to the window to help me but could hear our conversation! But at least I got my fix lol! Thanks to the manager who helped me I really appreciate it! The manager gets a 5 stars!
Not so great service. Served a pre melted ice cream item, quality control at its best. Waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before was acknowledged.
Just snacks. Tried the Shamrock ☘ Oreo drink. The line opens up to 2 ordering section which flows better. Well done McDees

I don't eat here often and I just remembered why. Expensive for what you get. There are many fast food places that are better than this.
