I can answer all the question from previous complaints.Caeaers never delivered and still doesn't, they are short staffed so stop complaining. Order through app or in person and in person pick up.What the Min Problem is: Quality, I don't mean cheap pizza should be the best..But it deserves to be cooked fully right?Raw Pizza is gross. Raw Pizza dough and tomatoe saue still under cooked.. that's a reason to complain. And it's everyday now.. please retrain to cook more well done
Got there 18 min before they were supposed to close(acording to there hours listend online) & was told they were "closeing right now" & only had wings available for purchase. This is now the 2nd Little Caesars in a row to lié straight to my face like this & refuse service. Don't kno why I still even try. Pizza isnt even good. Just cheap. But I'd rather go to à better place & spend à few more dollars & get better food and service.
I called to make my order and they picked up and hung up on me, when I got there they told me they don't take orders over the phone anymore which I think is wrong cuz if we don't wanna stand there for 20-30mins just waiting we shouldn't have to, we should be able to make an order and pick it up when ready
We ordered a pizza that should have been hot and ready and it we waited several minutes. There were no hot and ready pizzas available at 5pm. We also got breadsticks and I don’t know what those were but there were disgusting, brown, and barely had any flavor. I will not go here again.
This place is as ghetto as you get, no one want to work here. They don’t answer the phone, managers are no where to be found the staff is always hiding in the back, it’s dirty and the staff is rude! I wish someone would try to make it a nice place to order food. I guess the management doesn’t care about this location. It should be inOakland, at least I could understand why it’s ran so badly. How long this place will last is anybody guess
This location is TERRIBLE! I ordered pizza online 2 hours in advance to be delivered to a high school WITH instructions to “hand deliver” pizza to the office. After waiting 20 min AFTER the specified time it was supposed to arrive, I referred to the email receipt and to my surprise, a link to Grub Hub showing that the pizza had been delivered! It had not.I contacted the store to inquire where my order disappeared to. I was told by the employee that they NEVER received the order even though I had a receipt and “delivery” confirmation. This a-hole proceeded to tell me that not only was I not getting my order, but I also wasn’t getting a refund!Thankfully, the email receipt had a customer service number to call. Not only did I get a refund, I was told a complaint would be filed on my behalf against the store and the Grub Hub driver who took the tip without giving me my order.After reading these reviews, I’m happy I didn’t get that pizza. It probably would’ve been as bad as the customer service at this location. Sounds like they need to get some new staff and management.

HORRIBLE!!! Waited over 20 minutes for employee to come out from back only to find out all food in the display cases was for online orders. Left without anything to eat. Ate elsewhere. HEY CAESER, ONLINE ORDERS AREN'T YOUR ONLY CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
