The meal was not delicious. I eat this type of chicken, but they use chicken that is not from the supplier company, which is usually prepared for cooking with a good type of spices.
We always get friendly service and the chicken is always good. Nice size pieces, too. We like that it's consistent.
This is my favorite KKC outlet. One of the proprietors, Brenda, always goes the extra mile for her customers. Their Krispy Krunchy Chicken is always fresh and Brenda told me they never make large batches of chicken and leave them sitting under the heat lamps.This is a Black-owned business and I encourage anyone reading this review to patronize this location for Krispy Krunchy Chicken.The other menu items are delicious and prepared to order. There is an emphasis on quality at this location which is why I always visit whenever I am in Alameda.BOAT OWNERS: Krispy Crunchy Chicken is great to take out on the Bay!!!! Your crew will love it.
It's a small place so try not to miss it. Located on Santa Clara Ave in Alameda right by the CVS. It's also a sandwich place. The staff and owner are really nice. I got there just before closing and I was pleasantly surprised the chicken was not dry. I prefer dark meat because white meat is usually dry. But the white meat was moist! I'll try the po'boy sammich next time.
I tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken during the week and literally had to come back during the weekend ! This location is black owned and their menu is like no other! LITERALLY… (I went to two different locations looking for the meal I had at this location and left both disappointed and without placing an order) literally so good I traveled for it! I love the shrimp so much lol The owner and staff were so kind! The owner treated my daughter to a Frazil drink while we waited for our order. Highly recommend! It’s so rare to find great good and great service so THANK YOU KRISPY KRUNCHY TEAM!
Great sandwiches! I favor 'Gonzo' with onions! To go! Usually bike out to USS Hornet pier and enjoy it with a panoramic view of the Bay and SF!
Oh so yummy fresh hot fried chicken!! ?This location is the best! The food is always fresh and delicious and the management here is so down to earth. Great business overall and even better food! They even have delicious cookies ?!

The yams were horrible. I’m going to assume they were not fully prepared since I was there right at opening. It was yams straight out the can with tons of cloves. It seemed to be missing butter and sugar. I’ll will try again just to give a second chance.
We wanted to try everything on the menu - it all sounded so good. We had fried chicken and a honey biscuit, clam chowder in a fresh baked sour dough bowl, a shrimp po boy sandwich, potato wedges, boudin balls, and topped it off with a delicious red velvet cake. Everything was delicious and we had outstanding customer service. We'll be back for sure.
