Today around 1pm, I️ had the WORST experience at the SouthShore Jamba Juice location which may impact me being a customer unless it’s resolved and taken care of. Maria who apparently is the “lead” at SouthShore Jamba Juice is beyond RUDE and did NOT provide any customer service,. I️ have an allergy to soy milk and have always been able to replace soy milk with coconut milk to my drinks at no charge, yet Maria was disrespectful and distasteful . Despite me informing her this disgraceful “lead” of an employee that I️ cannot have soy milk due to my allergy, she disregarded it and proceeded to be very condescending , discounting that I️ cannot have soy milk in my drink. I️’ve left a message for Alex who is supposedly the general manager of this location. I do hope I️ get a call back and this matter is dealt with accordingly . Maria should NOT be a lead and can definitely benefit from a lot more training especially about what proper etiquette and customer service is!!!
Good smoothies clean place but the girl running cashier needs some supervising. Always on her phone . She talks very unprofessional, very loud when she’s talking about personal things in the back . I love this place but I notice they need manager around. I don’t usually write reviews but had to say something after this morning (10am )
The ladies who made my family's drinks did a horrible job. We walked rt back in for them to correct but they obviously did not know what they were doing. It was a waste of time during the wk.
Worst Jamba juice I’ve ever had couple guys behind the counter I did not know how to make a decent drink,Probably the last time I ever go to Jamba Juice

I would give five stars but they keep those paper straws.Jamba why are you so cheap? Then tease you sometimes with real straws. So annoying. Every other restaurant around there has real straws. Also I use to order on app now they want to charge you a fee to order on app. Not happy.
