I just ordered less than $20.00 worth of food. I was ALREADY charged $9.00 in fees for delivery, and then, 40 MINUTES AFTER THE ETA someone pulls up in front of my house with rap music blaring (after midnight) and throws TACO BELL into my yard! Are you kidding me? I've called the store 100 times, Noone answers, I get hung up on. I literally have pictures of the taco bell and this store won't even refund me OR EVEN DELIVER WHAT I ORDERED!? This was my dinner and they don't even care. The service here is disgusting, you won't get what you over paid for.
With Gas prices Over $6 The service at night shouldn't be that slow!!!!!!!. I wasted 4 miles of gas in that line last night. Jack u need to give out some gas to with our meals if this is the New Thing. And the drive Thur space for cars is tight! It's hard to drive thur with a regular car. Happy I didn't drive a truck or SUV.
Amazing selection and the food is flavorful. Their cashier is friendly and the place is clean.
First On the speaker we have no idea who she's talking to!? Also she did not show to us what we order so we can't confirm if she gave us the correct food!Second she gave wrong order! So Hungry tired all we want to eat the food we want to eat!Fail on customer service! plus so upset eating a wrong food
This place deserves a 0 star rating. They messed up our order, refuse to ring us up separately when there was two of us ordering separately. There were items missing in our order and what we got for my order was incorrect. When trying to call the store and fix this, no one ever answered. The employee that took my order was not paying attention and the order had to be repeated several times.
as fast food goes, this particular JB is the top of the heap. Only FF I've ever been to where the burgers come out looking like the ads. Always friendly and efficient. If JB had better buns this would be hands down the best FF place ever.
