Better than Boiling Crab. Mild wasn't spicy but was still bangin. Super flavorful sauce (we had the hang ten). We'll definitely be back to try all the other flavors!
Love this place. A friend took me here and I loved it. Took my family and there are in love as well. Will definitely be back! Also, sign up for the rewards points if you haven't already
Had a great time in the place. We ordered Tommy’s for two people, plus two lemonades and a beer which came out to $145 bill for 2 people without a tip(10% covid-19 surcharge is included in the bill)I have a question about 10% covid-19 surcharge - are those money going to the waiters and cooks or to the owners? Since, I wasn’t sure, did I already pay 10% tip and should add another 10% to make it 20% total, or should I add 20% tip making it 30% add-on to the cost of the food?Nevertheless had a great time at this place, and definitely will be back and will be recommending it to my friends in the future.
it's so hard to find a place that serves a quality side of mac salad. This place has the best in Alameda. I haven't had their Crab yet but they do have excellent Hawaiian BBQ. Blows the others in Alameda off the map.
First i would like to thank the guy the welcome us in the restaurant. He was the only one that actually checked up on us, everyone else came after the fact. Once the gentleman seated us, it was 10 to 15 mins before anyone came to the table. The noodle came fast and that was it for a while. We order water and it never came. The guy that greeted us brought us water. The food was okay, but the experience threw everything off. I wanted to give my tip to the guy that helped us. I am a disabled patron, it wasnt comfortable being there. Good luck to others to dine here.
The food was good. The flavors where great. My only issues were the cost for the potatoes and corn to add to the already very expensive seafood boils. I feel it should come with as any other place I've eaten at. And also the size of the king crab legs. I felt they were sorta skinny.. otherwise pretty good.
Not really a fan of peeling shrimp from a plastic bag. Though, my son and wife don't mind, so they would likely have rated it higher. I had the mixed plate which had tons of food with extra leftover. Very casual place with a Golden State Warriors vibe. They offer a Steph Curry sauce. Only one restroom so if its occupied, I suggest waiting in front of the door. Check them out!
This is my favorite seafood spot! Friendly staff, great service and fresh seafood. They offer others food options other than seafood which are just as good and large portions. I love the Hang Ten medium sauce over my shrimp, crawfish(seasonal), mussels, and lobster. The plus is they sell the sauce AKA liquid gold so you can take it home and do your own boil. The sauce is also good on meats. It's delicious! A pound of shrimp will run about $16 now. So worth it though!!!
Fresh, delicious seafood. While they are known for their low-country boil, I had a fried seafood basket. The oysters are plump, big, had a sweet hint of ocean, and fried whole in a great cornmeal-based batter. The calamari was perfectly cooked - no rubber texture noted at all. Staff is super friendly, and keep the place clean.
I drive all the way from Hayward to this place. They used to have a location at the mall in Hayward that's actually how I first found them. I'm hoping they will re-open the location close to me soon. I love their Cajun shrimp (the sauce is amazing in my opinion) I always add corn to the bag and an order of delicious garlic noodles. I literally limit myself on how many times I can come to this place because this is so good I can eat a whole pound to myself. I always take it to go because I get messy while eating my food and is embarrassing, but the place has a good foodie vibe for those who like to eat there.
