Dry bread, lesser quality processed meats and rude service. Not sure how anyone pays roughly $20 for a large sub from this place. BTW - I'm from back east, if you want a real submarine sandwich, travel to New York or New England.

Went in the store the guy immediately and rudely in front of other customers said "we are not taking more orders literally. We have enough people inside all 6 of them...". The sign outside says open ... I do not really understand what that meant.... ??? I just left other people were coming in and he said the same.... I used to love coming here but after that I feel like I hate this place. And not worth coming here. Thank you...
Really good sandwich but the prices seem really high compared to their competition
No longer worth it now that they've increased prices. 12 dollars for a mediocre sandwich is laughable.

Consistent quality and customer service. Always looks clean and well maintained. Plus yah gotta love the ability to support some of our less recognized neighborhood heroes that hold their line professionally.
Not enough meat for the price. Subway is better.
