This place is amazing and so great to military families

I absolutely love this restaurant. My family ordered the family course meal. The brisket was absolutely to die for. The food was fresh, hot, and we amazing customer service. Desiree was the manager here and personally came and talked to my family and I. She was amazing and made our experience 5 star. Definitely coming back here again, again, and again! Go Famous Dave’s Alameda!

Food was not hot, one person working as cashier, waiter, server, floor sweeper. I never been to a FD and has a cold muffin. They had no light beer selection was weak. We took food home so we could heat it up in microwave. So we asks for container to take food home . He came back with 2 boxes for meat. But nothing for mac, beans, mash potatoes. Then we had to ask for a bag. And last but least bbq sauce. Never has a famous dave's been ran so poorly that i been to. Total disgrace , go else were.

I had called in a order using my free sandwich reward.1$t time using the app, it was a little unclear. Apparently, there was some miscommunication about the order as it was noted in there system but never placed. With only 10 minutes to go, the manager made the order on the fly and didn't charge me for my side. Amazing service and thought process. I will come back and tell others.Thank you

This Famous Dave's joint in Alameda has vastly improved from their underwhelming opening in 2016. The service is very friendly, accommodating, and hard-working, turning the TV to the Oakland A's game upon request. The menu has a decent variety and features burgers, BBQ plates, sandwiches, and salads. However, I was highly disappointed by the lack of atmosphere, pig decorations, or charm at this location, especially compared to their Hayward location. They also have been understaffed during my last two lunches, which is a shame given how hard the employees worked. While a bit on the pricey side at $19 for lunch, the BBQ Chicken Plate offered a generous helping of flavorful chicken with cornbread and two sides. I opted for the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, which were both very good. Overall, given that I hadn't dined here in nearly 6 years, I was impressed with my recent visits!

Mom and I split a Combo with ribs and a giant link. Also, Cornbread, Mac & Cheese and Beans. I had an IPA from the tap. It was all good. The tall stools were nice and we sat in view of 3 big screens. Great, Famous Dave. Thanks Ma❣ (Its my birthday week).

I love Thai place. I live right across the street and like to stop in on sunny days and have a drink and a little snack, generally the margarita and the burnt ends. When I come I am always greeted by Andres or Anna they both remember what I like and get me taken care of. I should also mention the 2 managers there Sheri and Desiree, they both are always present.

Went in the other night and there was a line to the door luckily the manager Casey came over to us when we walked in and explained that the group that was there were all together and if we wanted to sit in the high tables that a server would be right over. Anna came right over and got us our drinks and our food order and we could not have been happier! If you go in ask if there is a server on for that day or not sometimes that makes things go a little faster. OH and try the burnt ends BOMB!!

Small portions, but good taste overall. I also like my drinks a lot stronger...
