They messed up our order, sending hand tossed thick crust instead of thin crust, and offered to deliver us a new pizza. It never showed up, so when I called them back they said they had "changed their mind, saying it was my mistake when I ordered it online" and refused to fix it and deliver us a new order. Not sure how this was my fault, since they didn't make what we ordered, and I realize these are challenging times for restaurants. That said, this is not how I would treat a regular customer. I will never order from them again. Adios Domino's

Very disappointed with their customer service. I understand that Friday night's are going to be very busy which is the reason why I pre-ordered my food for a 9:15 delivery my food did not arrive until 30 minutes after the time I had pre-ordered it for and that is not the main reason I am upset with the customer service here the reason that I was upset was that I called to see if I could just cancel the order since it was taking too long and lunch breaks are timed the person who picked up the phone tells me that my order has already left the store and that is what upset me the blunt out lie because they had not left the store because as soon as I hung up it still said that it hadn't left the store 2 to 3 minutes pass by it updated that it was out for delivery pinging the car still at the restaurant and still not moving for another two three minutes meaning that the woman who picked up the phone lied Iam a understanding person and I would have totally been like okay it's fine I get it's busy but the fact that she lied to me is what makes it such bad customer service so by the time I did receive my food it was cold overall I wouldn't recommend this place for the simple fact that when you're paying for a service you want to be treated with respect even if it's just ordering pizza and lying to your customers is a very respectful just disappointed with this location

Their pizza is on point, hot and everyone enjoys it!The BBQ Wings are absolutely satisfying.Garlic TWISTS are one of my favorites.And thier Soda is always ICE COLD!
Is there a scarcity on BBQ Sauce? I order my pizza with BBQ instead of Marinara sauce when I order and I could barely taste it.

Dominos pizza is good now Only! In the 90s it wasn't, but it really is now.I get the thin crust, it is perfectly flaky with just a touch of crisp.I order vegetarian so can't speak to the meat, but the veggies are good, the cheese is good, the sauces are good. It has saved me during the pandemic.Only once out of probably 40+ orders did my pizza arrive cold.
