Amazing service and their staffs were friendly. I love the burrito served and their bathroom is clean.
Ordered for delivery with an ALL CAPS instruction to send a paper receipt so I can easily expense to my company. Yup! No receipt. I called and after the staff can't help, was transferred to the manager. The manager won't give his name??? He also said they can't provide paper receipts for deliveries??? He said he can only give the receipt if I pick it up???!!! He said this in the most disrespectful way. He thinks I ordered for delivery and have the time to drive there to pick up a simple receipt. Worst manager and customer service ever for so-so food.
Last experience is rated 1 star. Clerk needs classes in basic customer service. For starters, acknowledge customer, especially when there is only one customer in line. Ask customer what they would like to order, instead of looking at them as though the customer is a nuisance.It has been a very long, long time since I have been treated so rudely. No thank you.
So im in there right, and this guy ahead of me orders a brisket. Mind u, I dont know what a brisket is.. all i do know is that the worker was being lazy and wouldn’t lift the bowl up to put the brisket in so some of the brisket fell into the chicken. So when it was my turn I said, excuse me whats a brisket??He tells me it’s ribs..I said yeah u have to be careful how you share it out because i dont eat ribs and its falling into the chicken. Then he says, you can try it if youd like. I said, No I dont eat ribs.. but you’re contaminating the chicken with it. I still dont think he understood what I said. But it’s definitely my last time going to that Chipotle.
I love to get some things here just to have a little Tex-Mex... 3 stars is pretty elite for fast food in my opinion. After a walk on the beach, I'd grab something here once in a while.
My husband and I decided to try the smoked brisket bowl. It tasted okay, except I will not order it again. It's not because Chipotle is removing the item. My mistake in eating over half of it resulted in a spike in my glucose reading. My reading was 135, which is considered high. I can only have barbecue sauced meat in moderation. Then having the brown rice didn't help the situation. It was carbs overload.Having this underlying medical issue does not necessarily mean I will stop patronizing Chipotle. I can always go for the grilled chicken bowl. The grilled chicken bowl is my go to meal.
Their are too busy, but it is not an excuse. They looks unorganized, lack of training. My order is missing two of items, they wont even let you know nor have a sticker tell you. Even burger king or McDonald would let you know. You guys What a mess. I am now figuring how to make a refund for that.
The best Chipotle in the area! They are not rude on the amount of food that they give you and they are on point would you order extra anything. Which they should be because they charge way too much money for extra so you better make sure there's enough extra on my extra. But when I want extra, I go here because they do extra and I like it. Who doesn't like a food place that goes above and beyond

I just went to Chipotle Saturday (yesterday) and I couldn’t believe the lack of choices available.. no pico de gallo, no corn, no lettuce. Where were the grilled veggies?? If this is the case, they should be courteous and let you know before you begin your order. We were the only customers there at the moment. Person who helped us was clearly just fed up and it showed in the delivery of her responses and demeanor. No one moved to replenish the items above. We even offered to wait for the lettuce to be replenished and asked how long it would be. The response was “none was chopped”. Very disappointing visit.
