I was over charged for my breakfast burrito meal this morning. I ordered a diet soda rather than a coffee with my meal. So first the person at the cash register didn't know how to do this so the manager had to come and work the cash register, they ended up charging me for a full meal, plus an extra charge for the hash browns plus an extra charge for the soda. I asked why and thy kept saying because I wanted a medium size even though I just wanted a soda rather than coffee! Then to top it off my burrito was cold. so bad service, bad food and over charged. I'll be going back to McDonalds for my breakfast in the future.
This Southshore location is not as good as has been in the past. I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time but I had a long commute ahead of me and needed something quick. I ordered at the drive thru and not only was my order wrong (I asked for no cheese on my Whopper Jr) but my burger was cold and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. They weren't even busy ( there was one car already at the window ahead of me) so I don't understand why my food wasn't hot and the fries weren't fresh. I'm assuming they were very short-staffed but I would have waited for hot food if they told me it would take a while, but they didn't.
I stop at this location on my way to work sometimes, they are not consistent when it comes to making breakfast sandwiches and their egg burritos. the egg they put in is paper thin a their burrito is mostly tortilla. I go to the burger king in Newark, Ca on my way to work because they are consistent with their breakfast. I purchased a egg-normous burrito and the egg was paper thin and it only had 3 tiny has brown in it. I went back and the woman working there said that's how they make it. I told her "no" but she continued to argue with me about it. I think it's going to be my last time going there.
I ordered a King chicken sandwich, It was DELICIOUS, It was HOT with fresh vegetables and Drive thru was going fast.....very SATISFIED
I clearly ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich, but I received a breakfast with no sausage. Just egg and cheese..um ok isn’t this your signature breakfast sandwich?
Have been coming here for three or four years about once every couple of months. Since the pandemic, the slurpee machines are almost always out of order and the soft drink machine is frequently out of many selections. Based on significant employee turnover, I'd say there seems to be quite a struggle going on here. It seems to me that corporate BK should step in and lend a hand to this franchise to at the very least maintain their brands reputation during this extremely difficult time.
This isn't really on the employees but clearly this location is struggling at night time you need more people you need people that move faster you need a team you barely have a squad I'm sorry for the employees your company should be doing everything they can to help you they are not
If they can not staff the Burger King they should not be open. Rude... pre cooked food that was Luke warm at best. If your hungry you should consider a place that takes care of their custoners.
Most horrible customer service I’ve encountered. Especially the guy who’s taking order in the drive thru @ 10:30pm Nov. 20,2021.We’re trying to order and he don’t have patience to take it so he left without saying anything and when we went to the next window he said that we need to go because he didn’t take are orders. And he don’t want to take it.
Refuse to acknowledge us at the drive-through two hours before they closed
