Consistently the slowest Whataburger in the area. Be ready to wait half an hour for your food whether you order in the app or dine in. This review is based solely on my own experience visiting here many times. I rank this one third out of the three Whataburger we have in NWA. The Pleasant Crossing one is probably first. Fayetteville is second.

I got the Avocado Bacon Burger, I love it! And everyone was really nice, there were a very few onions when I asked for no onions but I still really liked it. The only problem is a few ants are coming in through the bottom of the door onto the trim, I didn't see any anywhere though.

I haven't eaten a "What a Burger" in a long. Still good flavor, really enjoyed the burger, wish I could say the same about the fries. Not that they were bad but I really don't know since they were not with my to go order. They were missing from the bag. The drink was good.Still I give it a 4 star. I don't have one of these places close. I am usually in another State when I get to eat these delights.

Always a home run! Cars lined out to roadway to get throuh drive-thru. Lobby full. Cashier friendly and working his tail off to keep that line moving and bring whataburgers to tables!! And its 1:18 am after a stadium concert! Great job!!

It's is 8:10 PM. We have been sitting in the drive thru since we ordered (and paid) at 7:22 PM. This is absolutely ridiculous. Cannot even report on the food because we HAVENT MOVED in line. #avoidUpdate. Got our food at 8:24 PM. The guy bringing the food was kind of a smart-a**. Best part? My order was the wrong food, they forgot my husband's bacon and everything was cold. We'd asked for ketchup when we ordered at the speaker, and they didn't bring it with the food. I asked for some and the guy went back in and got it. Then he literally threw it in the car, hit my husband in the chest with the bag and never missed a step moving on the the next car. Won't be back.

I am an avid Whataburger fan. I managed one in Texas for a while. Unfortunately this location I will not go back too. I guess old cold eggs with fresh potatoes is how they work. My poor mom even chocked on an egg because they were so dry.

We placed our order online, to eat in, as soon as possible. It was to be ready 6:27-6:29 pm. We arrived about 6:20 and provided our name and waited. At 6:47 pm, I patiently inquired and was told they didn’t know I was there. Remember…I checked in by name at arrival. Food was found to be on a shelf near the to go window, declining in quality by the minute. We didn’t receive a coupon for a free meal or even an apology. They were out of napkins so I was offered 3 squares of bathroom towel. Somebody tell them they can buy napkins down the street at Casey’s. We won’t be returning.

This is the best establishment to exist! The staffing is the friendliest even though they are so understaffed. During rushes they do get swamped due to their quality of food so you may have to wait but it’s worth it unless your inpatient and just looking to complain about a line for good food like Jennifer Matthew’s??‍♂️

I ended up leaving with no food. The service was horrible. We were asked to hold at the drive thru, then when another car showed up in the next lane they were helped before us. We were told to stay in our lane, which we waited in for at least 10 minutes unacknowledged. A line formed behind us while the next lane continued to be served and people leaving. The girl finally comes out and has a while discussion with people inside about how she can't find the order and it just sent in. She tells me she'll be right back at this point and I left. Unacceptable. Also I highly recommend managers be required to look professional at work.

I have celiacs disease and ask for no bread on my breakfast plate, they delivered but my tummy did hurt from the contamination, so if your celiacs I wouldn't recommend eating here , other than that , we stop here quit a bit for the kiddos
