Not once but on the last two occasions, at two seperate Springdale locations I stood at the counter to order for an extended time while employees just stood there ignoring me. The first occurrence was on Sunset in Springdale about a week ago. I waited 10 minutes standing at the counter while 7 employees were walking back and forth passing by me. I gave up and left with no word spoken. Today is June 18th. My grandkids and I went to the store next to Walmart on south Thompson in Springdale. Four of us stood at the counter for over 12 minutes. Again multiple employees buzzing around, half of them just standing doing nothing. Again no one would even acknowledge us. We gave up again and left. This time I announced to the restaurant we were leaving due to lack of service. I do not blame the clueless teenage employees, but I do blame management for lack of training, accountability, basic manners and acknowledgement of having customers standing with not even a word. It was as if in both instances I, and we were completely invisible. Being completely disgusted, I will tell this story all over nw Arkansas when the opportunity arises. I don't believe the Google or Facebook review process can have a real effect so I'll be telling this story in person and i am pretty well known in the area by a lot of business owners and media professionals. Another long time national burger chain just closed their last nw Arkansas store last month. If you don't make very big changes to your management, training and vetting employees you will likely be next in a long line of restaurant losses in the last 5 years. The food has always been good. I go here everyday after work. Today was unlike any other day where I got dinner. This big rude guy rushed my order and didn’t even give me my drinks until I asked.! Wendy’s please hire people that don’t hate they’re job.!
I love Wendy's and used to, this one never let me down. Such a shame that lately they have really been dropping the ball. The last handful of times I've been, it was such a pain, that now I don't even wanna go there anymore. Its always something,, either I don't get the whole order, tastes awful, cold fries, lines long as all hell... if u love Wendy's, don't go by this one, they may ruin it for u.
It's a Wendy's, when I visited service was fast and the young lady who helped take my order was very courteous which you really don't find in fast food much nowadays.

Extremely fast service. Had my food ready before I even finished paying. Great staff. Manager was very polite and greeted me as I approached the counter.
I asked for fresh chicken and fries. Which they did for me. The only issues was the Manger made up my baconator fries. When she first started she DID NOT use gloves to add the shredded cheese. I saw her use her bare hands. So I asked her to remake then then she did use gloves. Not sure what happened to this place but things have changed alot here since 2019. The big covid scare.
This wendys always makes my food so delicious!!!! The manager Shannon is very kind and I absolutely love their costumer service at this location. I couldn't figure out how to order cheese sauce on the app, called them and they were so nice to me. they still sent my sides of cheese sauce with my door dash order. I'm a cheese freak so that was insanely cool of them? ? thanks Shannon. I talked to another gentleman too. Not sure his name. But you the mvp to brah
Wendy's is cool and I like the new place on crossover but there is absolutely no sense in putting so much sauce on burgers absolutely ridiculous but it's Wendy's staff is great helpful inside is really nice do a little better on presentation but again it is Wendy's
Employees are extremely friendly and helpful. It was nice to finally find a Speedy Splash that cares enough to check all equipment, solutions for car wash and the vacuum worked as well! First one I’ve visited in the area and left with a smile in place of frustration. Thank y’all for your excellent service!
