Untrained employees made terrible food. Ordered several of their specialty burgers, and they somehow forgot the sauces, tomato, bacon, and the cheese spread. Basically served a plain burger while charging a huge premium for toppings.Went back in and they "remade" it. LOL. The meat was undercooked and bright pink in the 2nd go around, but hey, they put sauce and tomatoes on them!Awful.

Staff was very polite but unfocused. I went at 2pm, not busy at all and didn't get a fork with salad and didn't get dressing.

Strawberry shake was advertised on sign but they said the machine was broke and only had chocolate available. :(

Not once but on the last two occasions, at two seperate Springdale locations I stood at the counter to order for an extended time while employees just stood there ignoring me. The first occurrence was on Sunset in Springdale about a week ago. I waited 10 minutes standing at the counter while 7 employees were walking back and forth passing by me. I gave up and left with no word spoken. Today is June 18th. My grandkids and I went to the store next to Walmart on south Thompson in Springdale. Four of us stood at the counter for over 12 minutes. Again multiple employees buzzing around, half of them just standing doing nothing. Again no one would even acknowledge us. We gave up again and left. This time I announced to the restaurant we were leaving due to lack of service. I do not blame the clueless teenage employees, but I do blame management for lack of training, accountability, basic manners and acknowledgement of having customers standing with not even a word. It was as if in both instances I, and we were completely invisible. Being completely disgusted, I will tell this story all over nw Arkansas when the opportunity arises. I don't believe the Google or Facebook review process can have a real effect so I'll be telling this story in person and i am pretty well known in the area by a lot of business owners and media professionals. Another long time national burger chain just closed their last nw Arkansas store last month. If you don't make very big changes to your management, training and vetting employees you will likely be next in a long line of restaurant losses in the last 5 years. Manager was so rude, got breakfast ordered in the drive through, asked for jelly and ketchup manager got mad threw the jelly at me and no ketchup. So rude!!!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a biscuit and cold brew coffee. Sara was rude from the jump. She repeated my order and i heard her say iced coffee not cold brew like i ordered. When i pulled up to window i politely asked her if it was a cold brew and she grabbed the coffee and just waved it up like “look! “ She could’ve easily responded yes. Then she asked me to pull up to the rail to wait on the biscuit when there was no one else in the drive thru. Maybe put her in the back to cook since her customer service skills suck!

The food is good, but every time me and my family order something we either get the wrong sandwich or we don't get what we ordered at all. I don't think we will be coming back unless something is done about this.

The food isn't that great! The burgers are incredibly small. The value and the price just aren't worth it.The biggie bag for $5 is ok. But their chicken BLT is awful.The chili was even worse!

Was lil strapped on cash, so got a couple of their $3.50 double stack bacon burgers, from the time I walked in the door to the time I was given my tray was about 4 maybe 5 minutes, I was amazed

Went inside and waited for about 10 min before not being helped. Wasn’t even that busy. No one said hi or please wait. Just ignored. I left and went to sonic instead.
