My kid wanted to try this for his birthday which happens to be on memorial day. We showed up at 7pm....their google reflected their normal hours and so did the hours on their door...they even had a handwritten sign that said open Mondays. There were at least 10 people inside eating. When we walked up they locked the door in my face. Didn't even bother to open the door and say anything. Won't be trying again.
They were so very slow. They were giving ticket numbers to customers so to get their orders but they were picking customers out of order to give food to. I had to wait over 30 minutes for an easy milk shake! Won't be back!
This place is overrated, expensive, and they take a long time to make your order. I’ve given them a try multiple times hoping I’ll get my order faster but no this last time I waited over an hour and half for 2 mangonadas & rolled ice cream.
Got there at the right time because we had decent service. Great ice cream but can be a bit pricey for the area.
Everyone needs to experience Vargas! Just amazing. I could go on and on, but it's one of those places you just have to experience on your own. I got the rolled ice cream with bananas and Nutella. Dude!!
Ordered Chamango paid almost $10!!!. I know mangoes are expensive but there are places were they could be cheaper. The wait took some time. They have a lot of varieties of ice cream, milk shakes, etc but the price is NOT displayed. Now I know why!!!
My wife & I took the kids (5)...it was expensive but they loved it & I got the biggest shake I have ever seen!Awesome place! It takes a little longer than a fast food place but be patient it is worth it!Keep up the good work guys!!
Extremely clean and fresh snacks and drinks. It's more expensive but it's worth the quality. I don't get why people complain about the price just go to Walmart and buy a jumbo bucket for 5 bucks if you're gonna complain.
Long waits, employees just walk around, and they don’t keep track of time. Employees are always hanging out in the kitchen. There’s only one employee working on most of the orders. We only ordered 3 ice creams and the employees took more than 30 minutes doing the ice cream and giving people that came after us their ice cream, not ours.
Spent $50 for ice cream rolls for my family of 6. ? Also they said on Mondays they only take cash ? super shady. Service was slow even though they were not busy and one of the two staff working took a smoke? break in between making our orders. Won’t be back.
