I was going here everyday but since they've gotten new staff, the staff is rude. they refused to give me the military discount. they said it was only for fire and police but they knew that the system has it under "police/fire/milarty" but said that must just be a glitch because they're not going to give me that discount even though that's the one I've gotten EVERY time I go. will NOT be going back. maybe I'll try another location thats better managed.
Stop here for some lunch on 3/12/2022 and ordered a chicken wrap and when I received my order the wrap looked like someone dug it out of the trash. So I went back in to have it remade and saw no manager only a bunch of kids working and 3 of them laughed at me for wanting it remade. First time visiting this location and won't be back.
I have the app and it is great. The manager at this location is on top of it. He always remembers a face and is great to make sure your order is received fast and correct!

Great service, employees friendly definitely deserve some tips
Where to start. I’ve been coming to tropical smoothie for over ten years, crossover and sunset locations. Today I called in an order showed up 20 mins after I ordered then proceeded to wait another ten mins while I saw at least ten cars go through the drive thru. I guess years of customer loyalty has put me in the back seat for service. I quit coming here before for similar reasons. I will now be making a note to never frequent again and make sure all my friends are aware of the same. Thank you for pissing me off on a Sunday
I'm simply leaving this review because the manager Gilbert was very nice and willing to help me with a situation (that had nothing to do with him nor his staff) and he still went above and beyond! These individuals are very polite and that is the main reason why I always come back to this exact location.
Really disappointed with this. I love Tropical Smoothie but this location is just not good. The smoothie and cookie both tasted like chemicals, and they left the chips out of my order. I asked for no lettuce on my sandwich, they put lettuce on it. Might have just had a bad experience based on other reviews but I was super disappointed with it.
Always has my order ready to go with a smile.
