Bad customer service food was okay we had to re-order some of our food and got worst worst experience ever

Horrible service!!!!!!! We will not be returning to this establishment. We waited over an hr to recieve our food , but instead was informed it would be 10 more mins or so for our order. Extremely disappointed.
Horrible, horrible place. The food is alright BUT they always mess up orders. So it’s not worth coming here. It’s been twice that they do this. We waited more than an hour for our food. I’m not exaggerating. Some of my family members got their food while others had to wait and watch eat. We never got water or sides after asking for them more than once. My family members and I had to get up various times to ask for the sides again. I felt so bad for the waitress. She was so kind and was sweating because of how hard she was working. They seem understaffed but it always seems to be this way. It’s honestly just not worth coming here.
Asked for ice for my water 3 times, never got any.Food was so so.. Not that great..place was recommended but I will not be giving any recommendations...

Overall rating on this great restaurant is 9/10 I tried their Marinero Mocaljete it has octopus,shrimp, crab, cactus, tilapia and a side of beans, rice and salad with guacamole. I went for the seafood type of dish and it was better than most places. My mother tried the seafood soup Salvadorian style with sour cream and the flavor was out of this world. We also accompanied our dishes with regular strawberry margaritas served beautifully and alcohol content portion was to perfection . I recommend this restaurant for any family and or just come in on a regular eat out . The atmosphere is great and waiters are so attentive but one advice do not go starving since they may take quite awhile prepping food that is why I give an9/10
This is the kind of place that's so good in all aspects that you need really good tip money if you're gonna go because it's well more then disurved and earned! Great people, great service and great food
This place is delicious!!!! The owner is just as amazing!! This definitely a hidden gem!
One of our favorite spots for lunch or dinner. Owner is super nice and so are the other employees. The owner is always smiling and brings a fantastic energy to brighten the atmosphere. Today we had a soup and something off the breakfast menu. The fried plantains were SO good with the Crema. We’ll be back, again and again!
