They say they're open until 4am. We pull up at 2:50 and they say "We're sorry, we're only taking online orders for the rest of the night". So we pull into the parking lot, place an online order and go back around to the window. Lol, I will change my rating when someone explains to me how this makes sense. What is the point? It's pretty inconvenient for people who work late and are just trying to get home all hungry and tired as heck.I love taco bell. Especially since the Mexican Pizza is back ? but come on guys...Please explain this one. All of the Taco Bells in NWA seem to be a little off every single time we visit one. We visit a LOT. Multiple times a weeks. We've NEVER had an order just go through normally and received all of our items or didn't have some dumb thing happen. Wacky.
It was very clean and they had my food out within minutes. Would recommend going here if you are trying to enjoy some good ole Tacobell.
I work down the road and will put in mobile orders before I leave the parking lot. In the time it takes for me to get here from my work (like 2 minutes or so) my order is ready and waiting for me! The lunch crew here is fantastic and friendly! This is my favorite location by far!
This Taco Bell always gets my order right. The people are always so friendly. When I drive up to the window, they always have a smile and are so nice.
This time around didn't have to wait long. Had couple vehicles in front of me. Food was ok.
Crew of 6/4/22 at 9pm. You guys have plateaud in life. Missing items, double items we didnt order. Slow as molasses and non attentive. You're amazing and deserve gold stars.
Taco bell has really gone downhill over the years in general. This particular store is fine but the chain itself is just not that good
Give us our food in a plastic bag with a handle. When I’m buying food for the family how am I supposed to bring in a stack of boxes and drinks? It could all be in one bag. Come on!
We went to the Taco Bell on Sunset in Springdale. It was very clean, and our food was very good. There were 7 in our party so our order was long, but the friendly lady did a great job getting everyone's food correctly ordered. She brought it out to us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Good job Taco Bell on Sunset!
Not only was the staff rude and rushing customers to order but Our food was cold literally everything.. then they had the nerve to argue with me ? I only wanted what I paid for .. hot fast food...my family can be picky indeed .. we trust fast food restaurants to make our food correctly. I will not be going to this location ever I advise people to check your food
