I actually haven't been to Taco Bell in years, I quit eating fast food but I recently lost my dad and we used to go to Taco Bell when I was a kid all the time so I wanted to go here to be nostalgic. I downloaded the app and ordered sitting in the parking lot because it's been so long I didn't even know what they had on the menu. I got a crunchwrap with chicken and the free cheesy burrito you get for signing up. The wait for my food was extremely quick and the employees were nice. The food wasn't too bad. I feel like everything is mostly tortilla, beans, and spicy nacho cheese. It's probably not something I would start eating on a regular basis again but it was better than I expected.
Never delivers. Even when open.Went to pick up food. Didn’t have my order correct and missing sauce.
Drive thru- very polite, spoke clearly. Food was warm and tasty.
Taco place is an outstanding place and with really well workers , unless your Ricardo Acevedo this guy is the worst customer with lacking of respect. He is a Karen who has to take therapy . He needs to attend more often for his attitude problem. This proves that not every customer is in the right . Ricardo if you read this please seek help ! I know a lot of good therapists if you need help !
As I summited a survey. ,,This place is a discrimination place again the hearing impaired an Employee Jesus instead of removing his mask and at the same time maintaining a safe distance or getting a manger whom she Maria is part of the problem , Jesus held a hostile display of body language and just I do not encourage this place to dine out to ,, hopefully Jack a name just given out who is supposed to be the district manager will address this bad service
Every time I come I order the exact same same thing. A quesarito with no sour cream. EVERY TIME including my visit again today is is always made wrong. It is rang up correctly on the receipts, but still wrong every time from the kitchen staff. I have to go back in with the receipt and have it remade again only to get rude remarks from the staff when I try to explain what happened.
Took wayyy to long, forgot half of my food, and was rude when we wanted sauce. Rushed us. Never again, Taco Bell chains are normally decent.
Maybe I just have bad luck but this has happened to me three times just this month. I would pay and ask for either beef or chicken only to be apologized that made them out of steak… After i paid. It’s very upsetting.. and i understand they are working hard trying to keep up (staff is very polite)- but i don’t ask to re- do the orders for that reason. theres always inconsistencies during the different times i go up there. Cant trust it anymore. Just an FYI, theres been other reports of them giving out the incorrect orders.. now i know
We went thru drive thru to get 2 nacho boxes....we asked for no SOUR CREAM on our burritos but we got sour cream....and plus no ice...a drink isn't a drink with no ice....
Literally the Best Taco bell. Food is always excellent.
