Slowest subway I've ever been to in my life. Several people in line and of the three workers in the store. Only one of them was actually doing anything. One of the workers was just walking around picking things up that didn't need to be done. Trying to look busy. Stood there for close to 20 minutes and left. So much for fast food. I would avoid this Subway store at all costs.
So we pull up to Subway to grab a few subs.... the time was 8:45pm they are supposed to close at 9pm... Well, Mr or Ms Store Manager, your employees just cost you a $40 plus sale... but Taco Bell across the street I was more than happy to grab our business and not lock the door as we're walking up to it
What kind of manager leaves their employees every night to deal with the stuff on their own. The utensils they used was not clean for every sandwich they used it on. Its gross
Love Subway but wish they would bring back the grilled chicken breast
The employees give and look the energy of hating to be there. Definitely not coming back. Lost my business.
I ordered two foot longs and two salads through the app. One of the salads had steak & it hadn’t been heated up, the other asked for lettuce & didn’t get it. The salads were just generally kind of sad looking. They were also both in protein bowls which isn’t necessarily bad but I do think it says a lot about the amount of effort the person put into making them. The app says this location doesn’t have sriracha so I asked in the special instructions if they had any, the amount they put on my sandwich was overwhelming I could barely taste anything else. It just bothered me that there were three ppl working and no customers in the store and my order still came out less than mediocre.
i’ve been to this location a multitude of times i prefer it over the other locations for many reasons.. the service there is wonderful.. there is an outstanding employee there named ashton who always greets me with a smile under his mask lol.. he’s a very great sandwich maker and gets my order right all the time.. he definitely deserves a raise.. it’s a great restaurant, very clean, and i will continue to come..
I used the order online app and picked up at the pickup window. My meal was prepared just as I had ordered it. My order was ready precisely at the time stated in order confirmation. The staff were personable and well conducted. This was a positive experience for me! Thank you Subway!
