Tried to order curbside (southern style family meal, wrap meal, tender meal) and it took an hour. Wasnt notified at all what was causing the wait. Turned out to be our gallon of sweet tea that apparently takes an hour to brew? Worst experience Ive ever had. No refund, no notice from staff.
Asked for crisper renders and that's what I received. Hapoy customer. Good food. Friendly service.
Tenders are too salty and too much like the frozen ones from the grocery store. They definitely didn't seem fresh. A/C is much too cold. So was the mac & cheese. My first, and last, visit to a Slim Chickens.
They focus on the drive through so carry out order has been 45 minutes with no movement.
Great food, like the outdoor seating. The place has become a regular stop for me when I'm in the area for business. Just watch out for the after church crowd on Sunday afternoon... With Chick fil A closed this place gets busy! We waited about 15 minutes for a table and 30 minutes for our food. Any other time has been quick though.
Ate lunch here. Food got out a little on the slower side. The chicken was good I would say it's more of the wing style batter on the chicken which was a good change for chicken. They have a bunch of different sauces you can pick from. I got the slims sauce and it was good to me. The fries were okay but the toast was a tiny bit burnt. Overall good place I would go there again

I would normally be understanding, but this was absolutely crazy.We are from our of state, and we were stopping by around 12:15 on our way back home.We finally order by 12:39.Waiting for our food. About 30 minutes go by and we go to check on our order. Rest assured, we were told it would be right out. No problemAnother 30 minutes passes and now my boyfriend goes inside to check on our order. This is ridiculous.
Another fast good but I like the chicken strips. Better than others.
We waited 40 minutes in line. We ordered over 40 bucks worth of food. We asked for extra ranch to go with our salad and other meals. You get charged for extra ranch at Slims. Which is fine. If they would have put any in the bag. There was none at all in our meals with anything. We called when we realized it 15 minutes down the road and already home. They said come back through the drive thru and we will hand it to you. Like anybody would get back in that line after waiting forever. $6.00 worth of sauce we never got. Not offered to refund or nothing just told to get back in line. Zero stars would be my suggested rating for this locations. Poorly managed.
