Sandwiches just aren't good. Bread tasted charred and no seasoning on anything. Salt and pepper go a long way. It was better years ago.
Don’t see what all the bad reviews are about. This place is yummy and the service is good as well. Never been here before but definitely will be back. Thanks!
Came in for a sandwich. It took 30 minutes to get my order. Many customers waited far to long. The service is terrible and very slow.The bread was hard and there wasn't much filling inside the sandwich. Not one person came to clean the tables
Normally good food and service. Today had chicken soup through driv-thru. Opened back at work to find a long dark hair in my soup.?
Poor customer service. Took over 20 minutes to get 2 hot ham and cheese sandwiches and they wasn't even made right.
Hours of operation suck (lobby). Pull up to the drive through to get told they close in 5 minutes. Won’t be back.
We have been in line for over 43 minutes. We had an order of two sandwiches and no mother items. We received an apology only after we went inside to request our money back. We had pulled to the pickup window and were asked to “pull forward” where we waited for 7 of those 43 minutes. They said the oven had a “malfunction.” Strangely though, a customer had pulled in for curbside pickup 15 minutes prior, and received food within 2 minutes of arrival. We were in a line of 13 cars. We were customer 6 in that line. That averaged to 7 minutes per customer in said line. That’s not an oven malfunction…considering each of us waited an extraordinary amount of time for food…with no apology/notice of incident at neither the ordering queue nor the pickup window.
I got a giant original and it was awesome! I would hang some lights under the awning. It's a little dark and hard to see.
Restaurant steals tips from doordash drivers. Has happened to me 2 times on big orders that they see the tip on and take it themselves. I wish I could put 0 stars.
I forgot how good the food is here. Also, the employees here have very good customer service, and care about the cleanliness. When they ask if everything is ok, you feel like they actually care.
