Went for a late lunch/early dinner and really enjoyed the atmosphere, service and food. Will definitely put it on our regular rotation.

Wonderful Italian food. Service was also excellent. I opted for the minestrone soup and Maria lasagna that our waiter actually suggested. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the food quality and taste. I have since forgotten our waiters name but he was fantastic. My wife and I look forward to returning!

We just moved to NWA and have been eager to find good Italian food. Our search is over! Renzo greeted us kindly from the second we walked through the door and checked on us throughout our meal. Our server was also awesome! Food and drinks came out in a timely manner. Our kids (1 and 5) enjoyed the food as much as we did!We have been to multiple Italian restaurants in various states and Italy, and Renzo’s ranks up there with the best of them.Highly recommend, and looking forward to our next meal already!

Great Spot, Italian was amazing. Steak was alittle plain but was cooked Right. Still gets 5 stars. Give them a try!

This was our second time to eat at Renzo's in Springdale, and both times the food was really good. Tonight we ordered the Italian Philly Cheese sandwich with Parmesan French Fries, and the sandwich and fries were both wonderful. They use a ricotta sauce on the sandwich that is delicious and goes very well with the meat and vegetables. The meat was very lean and tender; and the peppers, onions and mushrooms had a sweet taste. The flavors mingled well and made a very tasty sandwich. The bread was a soft bread that made the sandwich easy to eat. They dust the cooked fries with parmesan cheese and herbs that was a nice change from the usual fries, and they went well with the sandwich. This Renzo's hasn't been open long in Springdale, so if you haven't had a chance to try it, remember it the next time you want to go out for dinner. It's really good!

very expensive. had to wait to be seated. Since the business decide to be snarky, one we arrived, no one at the reception desk, 3 employees walk past us multiple times. Without even acknowledging us, finally an older man , made an excuse how they were behind, they had several empty tables. Two when I look at the steak menu. I know what steak run , I believe you had a 9 oz sirloin for 21 dollars, we had just ate at the all American steak house, along with several other steak houses. So as far as a restaurant you don't even rank in the top 50 I would spend my money. In today society you need exceptional staff as well as a good range of well priced items on your menu. which you have neither.

Renzo’s is THE BEST Italian restaurant in NWA. Delicious. Incredibly friendly service. CLEAN. The owner, Robert, is fascinating to talk with. He’ll tell you the origins of recipes within his Italian family. His technique for red sauce is especially interesting…where time is the special ingredient.I have so many favorites, but I keep going back to the toasted tortellini. The homemade soup and bread are perfect, too. I just can’t rave enough about this place. It’s an absolute treat to visit the Springdale location, talk to the owner, and savor his delicious old school Italian flavors. I count myself lucky to have this gem of an Italian restaurant in Northwest Arkansas.

The food was fantastic, but that's only part of the dining experience... The atmosphere was severely lacking the Italian look/feel (didn't even have table cloths), I know they can't control this, but the customers were very under dressed, and while our server was great, our food came out before we had time to even finish our salad. We felt very rushed like being at a Mexican restaurant...

Before I begin, our waitress Ayla was phenomenal. She handled a large party with grace and kindness.I was in attendance of a birthday dinner in which a reservation for 20 people was made WELL IN ADVANCE. If the only issue at this mediocre establishment was the below average food, I would not have bothered to write a review. However, when the owner is rude, condescending, and unaccommodating I must say something. The owner, was extremely unkind to the point that he caused the birthday girl to cry multiple times over a $27 steak. By the way, if you have been cooking steaks for 40+ years you would know that a quality steak doesn’t bounce on the plate. If food is nasty, as the owner you should want to correct that. However, you instead berated and scolded us for not wanting to eat nor pay for nasty food. No one was trying to walk out on their check, and for you to assume that is an absurd lie. With that all being said, I would not suggest you eat at this establishment even if you were on death row and it was your last meal.PS: Robert I know you’re reading this and do not bother responding because anything you say is a lie. Being from New York is not an excuse to be rude. We all paid, and if we didn’t, you would have called the police. Take this criticism with grace and correct yourself before you come for a group of well educated and established people.

Ayla was amazing! We had a party of 10+ and she did so well in accommodating all of us. Despite her amazing service, the food was below par and the owner was very rude in his service. I cannot understand why this business has 5 star reviews with no good quality food and an owner who is extremely rude to customers. I do understand we had a big party but we made reservations well in advance. Yet when multiple meals were messed up and the owner decides to be rude and attempt to call the police on a group of young adults due to the fact his business provided poor food service, it is completely disappointing.
