We went to this location, this past Tuesday, at about 5pm, and I will not go back; even though we live close, if I return, we will drive across town. The lady at the register was course and rude. We ordered 2 of the "2 can dine" specials; my wife ordered Mac & Cheese, and when the total was more than we expected, she checked the ticket; turns out there is a extra for ordering the M&C as a side; when she complained, she was Sharply told, "it's on the menu board." but we checked, and it is not! And we checked EVERYWHERE on the Board. Still nothing else was said, and the employee walked away from the counter. When we got our food, the M&C was burnt, and our Chicken had no taste; both the tenders, and on the bone, all the taste was in the coating, none from the meat; I later went back to the counter, to ask for a to-go box; Three employees looked directly at me; two promptly left the front counter for the kitchen area, and the guy at the drive-thru just kept looking at me, while sucking on his drink. when I addressed him, and asked for a box, he got me one and said "have a nice day." This is not the first time we have been disappointed at this location; But, it is the last.
Worse Customer Service ever!!My family and I wanted to dine in there was one manager on the lobby and even before i got to the line she told me they closed the lobby at 8..!she was making comments with others employees about how she still had to clean the lobby and how the customer that was already in the dinner room promised her not to make a mess in the lobby!!once I got to the line she asked if it was dine in or carry out and i tld her it was dine in she made a face i could tell she didn’t like that i was going to have dine in with my family it was still 30 min til 8pm.. then when i wanted to place my order i wanted to do half mild and half spicy she told they couldn’t do that.. so i ended up leaving the restaurant because of the attitude she had! even the store manager Oscar Lemus had an attitude when she asked him about doing half and half and he said no!!
My food was great. My girlfriend's chicken sandwich was soggy. They messed up my drive through order completely and I had to go in and fix it.
Could not get our order right through drive through; had to go inside. Chicken sandwich tasted soggy - my dog wouldn't eat it either.
They lock their doors at 5pm. Long wait times, I'm door dashing and I'm wasting more time waiting on an order in the wrapped around line. Staff is rude and not at all helpful. I've stopped going this location all together. Never had a good experience at this specific location.
Hands down the worst popeyes I've ever had, the spicy chicken sandwich was dry as could be and lazily thrown together with almost no sauce and two pickles. The Macaroni, usually one of the things that's done right, was dry, crusty, and lifeless clearly from the bottom of the pan. They forgot all the sauce, and mixed the drinks and sizes up. I don't know if they're high, drunk, or just given up on life, but they absolutely did not care.
Tried the chicken sandwich combo, wasn't bad just a little dry and could have been seasoned more. Long wait for a drive thru, soda tasted a bit off and it wasn't just me that mentioned it. Sides were fine.
This place has cheated me out of the food I ordered once again. Yet I have still not been offered a refund or replacement for what they shorted me on. It's sad bc I am a big fan of the Popeyes menu!
The service here is always great! There’s always a line but they still manage to help everyone quickly. I will drive across town just to get the food at this location, since the Popeyes on sunset is the worst.
I ordered a 5 pc tender combo through Grubhub and when I started to eat the chicken, half of it wasn’t even cooked all the way through and you could still see the pink in the middle. I ended up having to finish cooking the chicken in my air fryer at home. I know places get busy but there is no excuse for sending out half cooked chicken. It’s a health risk. My boyfriend got the same thing but spicy and it seemed fine but we ended up cooking it again just to be safe
